Charming villa comfortable secure residence

Pretty villa with swimming pool in a secure residence in Saint François close to the sea, the golf course, and the centre of SAINT FRANCOIS - local shops at 1 km - you can enjoy the beach of Anse à l'eau and the POINTE DE CHATEAUX.
All comforts at home: fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and oven - everything you need for crockery
Filter coffee maker and Nespresso + kettle + juicer - toaster etc - TV with TNT and wifi -
2 shower rooms and separate toilets
3 large bedrooms: 2 with 2 double beds and the third with 2 bunk beds that can accommodate 4 children or 2 adults and 2 children
We also have a cot and a high chair
All on a living area of 100m2
A buffer tank to overcome the problems of water cuts also you will have no problem.
Cash deposit of 500€ to be given on the day of your arrival and will be returned on your departure
Secure swimming pool with alarm, swimming pool and deckchairs
Cleaning and end-of-stay service fee: 300€
Tourist tax, to be paid on arrival, of 5% of the amount of the stay (capped at €2.30 / night / adult).
Linen is provided
A welcome basket will be waiting for you on your arrival as well as breakfast the next day for a stay of more than 7 days.
