Three-story Mountain Home minutes from world-class Canyons/Park City resorts

This great townhome is the perfect place to enjoy some time exploring Park City, skiing at world class resorts, or exploring everything the Wasatch mountains has to offer. Located less than a five-minute drive (1 mile) from Canyons Village and Ski Resort, less than a ten-minute drive (4 miles) to downtown Park City and the Park City resort, 13-minute drive (5 miles) to Deer Valley, and a five-minute drive (2.5 miles) to Kimball Junction. Free town bus picks up just one block away.

This townhome can accommodate 8+ guests and is perfect for a family or for a group looking for a mountain getaway.

The split-level main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen ready for post-adventure meals, a spacious dining room with rustic dining table that can easily fit 10 guests, and a living area complete with a wood-burning fire place and Smart TV perfect for a cozy evening.

The upstairs level includes a master bedroom with California king bed and en-suite bathroom, guest bedroom with Queen bed, a lofted room accessible via ladder with Queen bed, and a large shared guest bathroom. Be sure to also spend time in the bright office to check emails or rejuvenate with a yoga class.

The lower level includes washer/dryer and another room which can be used to sleep additional guests on air mattresses (provided), enjoy a workout, or our favorite activity, playing VR. The bedroom on this lower level is very spacious, but does not have a window and the closest bathroom is on the main floor (1 floor above).

There are two dedicated parking spaces right outside of our house and then multiple guest parking spots 30 feet down the street.

This is our primary residence which we rent out when we go on vacations. As it's our residence we unfortunately need to enforce a strict no-pets policy because I'm allergic!! We also ask that you treat the home with respect and don't wear shoes on the carpet upstairs. It's brand new! Everything is professionally cleaned and sanitized before your visit.

Couple odd things that we want to make sure you're aware of. We're in process of changing cabinets, so some of the cabinets in the kitchen and master bathroom don't have doors on them. The master bathroom doesn't have a door between the bathroom and bedroom. Weird, we know! Hoping we get a door up before your visit, but can't promise it. The lofted bedroom does require climbing a ladder to get into, the ladder easily pulls out from the wall.

When you stay with us, you're going to have a great night sleep because we have very comfortable beds.
- The master bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic California King with an adjustable base that vibrates and changes position.
- The guest bedroom has a Helix Midnight Luxe Queen
- The loft bedroom has a super comfortable organic cotton, Carly Plush Queen
- The downstairs room has an air-mattress (or two)
- If you want to really squeeze in you can put an air mattress in the office as well. We'll supply the air-mattresses, just let us know.
