About this property

Family-friendly holiday home, quiet and close to nature, for sole use

Welcome to the Steffi holiday home
                        in Lohmen / Saxony.

While your car is resting in the large carport (there is also space for your motorcycle and bicycles), you are already standing in the garden area of the property.
Here green areas and two seating areas invite you to linger.
You are welcome to use the grill.

Inside the house there is a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine, gas stove, fridge with freezer, dishes and plenty of other inventory.
From here you can access the bright living room, which invites you to linger with its dining table, couch and armchair, and TV. Books, games and information about the area also offer an entertaining pastime.
There is a large shower in the daylight bathroom, and a washing machine is also available (for a fee). The toilet is in a separate room right next door.
The large bedroom has a double and a single bed.
An additional bed is possible at any time if required.
You are welcome to use the free WiFi for the duration of your stay.

It is 200 m to the next bus stop and the bakery is 8 minutes away. can be reached on foot in 10 min. the butcher, beverage trade and the grocery store can be reached.
Our house is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE, we ask you to be considerate and only smoke outside. Pets are not allowed.

Geweldige vakantiewoning

Wij hebben genoten van onze vakantie in de Saksische Schweiz. De woning was van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon.Je kunt er mooie wandelingen maken in de prachtige natuur en is er veel te ondernemen. Het contact met de verhuurster was prima. Wij gaan er zeker nog een keer naar toe.

Super Lage, tolles Haus

Super zentrale Lage, guter Start für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Das Grundstück ist schön gestaltet, die Internet Verbindung stabil, die Einrichtung ist hochwertig, einzig die Küche ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

So wie es sein sollte...

Das Objekt ist bei Übergabe in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Alles notwendige ist in der Ausstattung vorhanden. Das Ferienhaus macht keinen abgewohnten Eindruck. WLAN läuft störungsfrei, das Auto wird durch einen Carport geschützt.

Das Haus und das Grundstück sauber und gut gepflegt. Sehr freundlich für kinder. Man findet im Haus alles oder fast alles was man braucht: Küchenzeug (Teller, Becher, Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck usw.), Spüllmaschine, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, eine Menge Brettspiele, etwas Spielzeuge und Malzubehör für ganz kleinen, auch kann mann einen Kinderhochstühl finden. Ruhige aber dennoch günstige Lage in der sächsischen Schweiz. Dieses Ferienhaus verdient das Prädikat "mit Vollausstattung". Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns vom Anfang bis Ende unseres Aufenthaltes willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Ferienhaus jedem wärmstens empfehlen.

Gelungener Familienurlaub in der Sächsischen Schweiz

Das Haus hat eine ruhige, dennoch sehr günstige Lage. Man kann in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß den Wald erreichen oder auch ohne Gefahren mit kleinen Kindern Rad fahren üben. Oder man geht ebenso in kürzester Zeit zu kleineren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker/Fleischer/Getränke/etc...). Alles ist unkompliziert, die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort überaus freundlich (Ein großes Danke an dieser Stelle für die nachgesendeten vergessenen Dinge!). Man hat alles was man braucht in dem Objekt, auch ist genug Platz um Fahrräder zu parken. Das Carport erspart die Parkplatzsuche, es ist tatsächlich sehr entspannend eine Weile in dieser Wohnung zu leben, denn alles ist durchdacht, sauber und angenehm. Wir sind sehr dankbar für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub!
