About this property

Modern apartment, suitable for hikers and families, near Cologne

The apartment has a private entrance and a beautiful terrace with stunning views.

The entire apartment was renovated in 2014 and offers all the comfort combined with a quiet location in nature.

When you enter the apartment, you are first on the corridor. Straight ahead is the bathroom with shower (floor level). On the right you go to the spacious living area. Two windows let in plenty of light heading south and your eyes wander into the countryside. The cozy sofa invites you to relax and (if needed) a television. It can be converted to additional sleeping. Links You can sit together at the dining table. The hatch to the kitchen facilitates tablecloths. At the dinner table over you enter the kitchen. It is brand new furnished and offers all the comforts (including a dishwasher and a microwave oven). Law it goes beyond the beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the sun. In addition, the kitchen has left even a small storage room, where you will find z. B. a vacuum cleaner and other practical utensils. The bedroom can be reached through another door. In addition to a double bed is still a single bed. Also putting up a baby bed is not a problem here.

All floors are allergy friendly laid with tiles or laminate.

The new kitchen is equipped with everything you need (dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, coffee maker). A radio is available in the living room and a TV.

The apartment is located on the grounds of Camping Parks in Bergisch Land. All facilities of the campsite are also you as guests in our apartment available, such. As the e-bike rental, our petting zoo with our two goats, playground, table tennis, trampoline, football and volleyball. And you can have a wonderful location near the forest enjoy where many paths invite to hike. If you do not want to cook for yourself once, it will certainly taste in our restaurant 'When Matthes'. Also, the kiosk offers all sorts of goodies. You also get your breakfast sandwiches. If desired, you can order breakfast in the restaurant.

Oberbüschem is a small village between Wipperfurth and Lindlar. The access road ends at the campsite, it is magnificent forest trails connect, perfect for hiking. We are happy to give you tips for beautiful hiking trails. Also cycling with mountain bike or e-bike is possible with us. From spring 2014 we offer the rental of two e-bikes.

Not just the campground, but also the surrounding area has plenty to offer. And Cologne can be reached by car in about 40 minutes.

Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Die Wandermöglichkeiten sind praktisch direkt vor der Tür. Eine schöne Terrasse, die beim guten Wetter sehr einladend ist.

Toller Campingplatz

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Der Campingplatz hat einen tollen Spielplatz mit Trampolin und Fußballfeld. Unsere 12-jährigen Jungs hatten außerdem viel Spaß mit den Hasen 😀 Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank nochmal!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in idyllischer Lage

Die Zufahrt hat unser Navi erst mal nicht gefunden. Mit Hilfe der Vermieterin sind wir dann doch angekommen, wurden herzlich Willkommen und haben eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Mitten auf einem Campingplatz mit traumhaften Blick auf das Bergische Land. Wir werden sicher mit unserem Womo in der wärmern Jahreszeit wiederkommen. Familie mit Hund aus MeckPomm

Sehr schöne helle geräumige Ferienwohnung

nach anfänglchen Anfahrtsschwierigkeiten, welche aber mehreren Staus auf der Autobahn geschuldet waren, haben wir uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und schön grossräumig. Gerne mal wieder.

Wohlfühlen wie zuhause mir wunderbarer Aussicht aufs Land

Wir haben uns in unserem Kurzurlaub sehr wohl gefühlt- nahezu wie zuhause! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und großzügig geschnitten. Sie bietet allen Komfort egal ob für Kurzurlaub oder auch einen längereren Aufenthalt. Die Begrüßung durch die Gastgeber war sehr herzlich. Die Lage ist für Naturliebhaber und Wanderer ideal. Es bietet sich eine wunderbare Aussicht von der Wohnung auf Wiesen und Wälder sowie zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :)

Hier kurz einige Punkte zu unserem Aufenthalt: - sehr gute und besucherfreundliche Absprachen im Vorfeld, - Wohnung war bei der Übernahme sauber und ist in einem top Zustand, - sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, - tolle Lage mitten in der Natur am Rande eines Waldstücks, - kurze Wege zu den Autobahnen, - top Preis-Leistungsverhältniss, - moderne und nagelneue Ausstattung in der gesamten Wohnung - toll für Hundebesitzer(Lage; Wohnung; Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung) Fazit: Wir haben uns in den 5 Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Wunderschöne FeWo in traumhafter Landschaft

Bei unserem Kurzurlaub über eine verlängertes Wochenende bot sich uns eine wunderschöne, großzügig geschnittene Ferienwohnung, welche keinerlei Wünsche offen ließ in der malerischen Landschaft des Oberbergischen Landes. Für Personen, die den Alltag vergessen und ausspannen wollen, genau das Richtige. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Angenehmer Komfort für Naturliebhaber

Für drei Übernachtungen und zu Dritt angereist, bot sich uns ein schönes, gemütliches und mit allem was man benötigt, neu hergerichtetes Domizil. Besonders angenehm fanden wir allgemein die hellen Räume sowie den miteinander verbundenen und doch vom Ess- und Wohnraum etwas abgetrennten Küchenbereich, der mit nur einem Schritt heraus, gleich auf die weitläufige und gut ausgestattete Terrasse führt und samt seiner landschaftlich hügelig grünen Aussicht, das sonnige Wetter und die Ruhe vor Ort genießen lässt. Wer also auf Entspannung hofft, ist hier goldrichtig aufgehoben! Auch für einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist gesorgt. Alle Schlafmöglichkeiten und somit auch die ggf. ausziehbare Coach im Wohnzimmer bieten eine einwandfreie nächtliche Erholung. Wir raten allen Interessenten mit einem eigenem PKW anzureisen beziehungsweise entsprechend wander- bzw. fahrradbegeistert zu sein, um die in der Umgebung durchaus längeren Wegstrecken gut und schnell bewältigen zu können. Auch von unserer Gastgeberin waren wir angenehm überrascht und wünschen der Familie Baldsiefen weiterhin und stets… viele angenehme und zufriedene Gäste. Familie K. aus Berlin
