Great location, grocery, restaurants, ect close by. Easy to get to parks and attractions. House is spacious, multiple living spaces, with an exceptionally comfortable master bed. But the house does need quite a bit of updating.

Property was wonderful- it had everything we needed. Location was great. Drive to Disney World from the house took longer than expected due to traffic (35–40 minutes).

Thoroughly enjoyable stay at this great property. Check in was a doddle - keyless entry was a dream and all set up exactly as described. And all required information provided before we left. Pool and spa were great - much fun had. Laundry facilities were also very useful. Great holiday had by all!

Family trip Disney and Seaworld

We have had the pleasure of staying in this home for 3 weeks. The house was exactly as advertised. Four good sized bed rooms and a very nice pool! The kitchen is well equiped for the days you want to cook yourself and the games in the garage keep you occupied during the rainy fays.

Beautiful house

Our family enjoyed a 8 night stay over Thanksgiving. The house was very well equipped. Lots of pots/pans and kitchen items and plenty of beach towels to use by the wonderfully private pool area. There were 4 loungers, 6 chairs, rocker and table by the pool area. The keyless entry to the house was a plus and easy to use. At night, we enjoyed the very comfortable sectional when watching TV. Everything was very clean. You can tell the owners take pride in keeping their property at its best. Julie, the owner, was very responsive with any questions and definitely wanted to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Would highly recommend this property to anyone and hope to be back in the future!

Nice place to relax at the end of your day

Vacations involve lots of traveling, especially when you have 3 kids with different interests. This home was a great place to end the day. My 8 year old was all over the pool, whether it was the swimming pool or shooting pool. My teens of course loved the wifi, but also enjoyed the gameroom and pool. This property is relatively close to most things Orlando. We also took a day trip to Clearwater for a beach day and sandwich at Frenchy's. About an hour and half drive. Driving down from MA, we arrived about a half hour early. However, we were accommodated and allowed early access, a definite plus 👍. The hot tub was great after a long drive. Overall, I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Incredible Villa!

My fiancé and I spent a week at this property and had a wonderful time! The house was clean, modern, and had plenty of space. Many essentials are located 10 minutes up the road including Publix, Walmart, Starbucks, Chipotle, etc. The theme parks are about a 30 minute drive, but we spent most of our time enjoying the pool and spa (I highly recommend paying extra to have the spa heated!). There’s an electric grill on the back patio which was a nice bonus! We also made good use of the pool table and air hockey in the game room. Julie was an excellent host and responded very quickly to any questions I had during my stay. All of the small touches and extra amenities (Alexa, smart TVs, Xbox, bedside iPhone charger) were fantastic. Overall this is an excellent property and we hope to return in the future!

I am Julie Brownlie and I live in Fife, Scotland. I have been coming to Florida for over 30 years and I just fell in love with it. Thankfully for me my husband did as well and on his first trip in 2012 suggested we buy a property. We took all the best parts from all the previous properties we had stayed on and put them all into our property. We aren't a big company so we very much care about our guests experience. This is our family vacation home and with children who love it as much as we do we will continue coming for many years. All we ask of guests is that they treat it like their one home and are super careful with our furniture and belongings.

Why they chose this property

It is the perfect size for a regular family and there is space to bring Granny & Granpa too. Lots of living space for the whole family and the pool is just amazing. We have put shrubs around the south side of the pool screen to make it more private and when you are relaxing out there in the sunshine there is no place better in the world. (from a very biased owner point of course)

What makes this property unique

We have taken the best parts of all the previous homes we have stayed in and added them all into ours. We have provided little touches that we hope will make a big difference to your stay. Little things like providing a charger for iPhone and watch at the side of the master and guest bedroom, extra towels and lots and lots of pool towels (in a convenient basket at the door), an electric pump to blow up inflatables. A spare dyson fan that can go in any room in addition to the AC and ceiling fans, fluffy blankets when you are sat with popcorn on the recliner sofa watching a film. We also have cool boxes for taking to the beach and lots of containers and ice packs for the perfect picnic.
