Sorry the drive felt sketchy; good you found a better route. We apologize you needed to bring consumables, we’ll review our stocking list to see what additional basics we can add. We also appreciate the feedback about a door rug and the flat pillows and will look into adding a rug and replacing pillows for more comfort. Finally, we’ll explore adding a streaming option and simplifying the Wi‑Fi setup so guests don’t have to enter account information. Hosting your church youth group while you were in Gatlinburg for the rally sounds like such a special weekend, and we’re so glad the home worked well for your group. While we're glad you could enjoy many aspects of your cabin, Abdiel, we hate to hear you experienced some disappointments. Poor water pressure, scarce appliances, and poor sound quality in the theater room is very disappointing. While the resort controls the cabin's water supply, we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with poor water pressure. We do apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you taking the time to share your honest feedback. Although we were unaware of your other concerns during your stay, we are grateful you brought these matters to our attention. We want all of our guests to have worry-free vacations, and your review is very beneficial. We have passed along your comments to the appropriate personnel for further review. We're grateful you enjoyed the beautiful house and view. It’s great that your family felt accommodated and got to see bears! We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. The broken pool stick and the AC problem in bedroom three shouldn’t have impacted your stay. Maintenance did attempt to fix the AC, but we understand it wasn't resolved. We’ll be looking into why it wasn’t addressed properly. The clogged sink is also being reviewed.
