Duplex apartment with sea and pool view, 5-minute walk from the beach

<br>Come and discover Corsica in completely refurbished apartments.<br>Located half an hour from Ajaccio in a former hotel being converted into a private residence, you will stay in a studio on the first and last floor.<br>Facing west, you will enjoy the sunset in the Mediterranean every evening.<br>Guests can relax in a large 3 m deep swimming pool.<br>The beautiful beach of La Liscia, accessible on foot (without a road to cross!) is an 8-minute walk away.<br><br>Ideal location for visiting Ajaccio, Cargèse, the Calanques de Piana, or even mountain hikes!<br><br>Each apartment is about 20 m² Carrez (25 m² useful + loggia of 4 m²). It consists of an entrance, a bathroom with 80 x 80 shower, sink, toilet and washing machine, a living room with equipped kitchen (2-burner induction hob, combined microwave / convection / steam oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher), BZ 140 cm with Dunlopillo mattress, cupboard with wardrobe; in duplex, you will find 2 beds (a double 140X190 and a single 70 x 190, chest and chest of drawers, in a mezzanine with driftwood railing and fishing net to ensure the safety, even of the little ones.<br>Finally, you can eat on a loggia equipped with table, bench, chairs, parasol and barbecue and plancha allowing you to cook outside.<br>Other equipment is also at your disposal in the cellar (parasol and beach games, cot and high chair, ...)<br><br>Sheets and towels not provided: possibility of rental on site! You will have to give 50€ for the end of stay cleaning (70€ if pet)<br><br>Free parking in the residence. Car hire possible: contact us. <br><br>All shops nearby (supermarkets, doctor's office, pharmacy, post office, beach items, many restaurants, ...).<br><br>Please note: as the conversion into a residence is not complete, work will be carried out this winter. It is therefore possible to rent the 2 for groups of friends or families wishing to spend holidays together while preserving the privacy of each one.
