4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa for 6 to 8 people, 5 min. from the river, 7 min. from the beach

Located in the Fangu Valley (a UNESCO World Heritage Biosphere Reserve). Our house is ideally situated for exploring this micro-region of Falasorma in southern Balagne. You can swim in the natural pools (river 2 km away) as well as in the sea, with its pebble and sandy beaches just 5 km away. For hiking enthusiasts, the Mare è Monti trail is just a few metres from the house.

The house features a living room and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, freezer, oven, range hood, microwave, toaster, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine), four upstairs bedrooms with double beds (140×190), three bathrooms with bathtubs, and a gas grill for delicious barbecues.

Opportunities for scuba diving, boat tours in the Scandola Nature Reserve, canoeing and kayaking in the Fango Delta, boat rentals (with or without a licence), horseback riding, adventure trails, and zip lines in the Calvi pine forest, as well as visiting the citadel, the region’s vineyards, and attending concerts featuring Corsican folk songs.

Nearby is the Ponte Vecchiu restaurant, where you can enjoy wood-fired Corsican meat and farm-fresh charcuterie—all sourced from the owner’s farm—as well as a variety of desserts made with chestnut flour and brocciu.

Reservation Terms:
A rental agreement will be sent to you; please return it signed.
30% of the total cost of the stay is due at the time of reservation.
The balance is due on the day of arrival.
The rental period runs from Saturday arrival at 5:00 PM to Saturday departure at 9:00 AM.

Security deposit: 300 €, payable on site and refunded at the end of your stay if no damage is found
