Located in the village of Grignan, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France, a lovely village house with a private swimming pool, with no overlooking neighbours.
This beautiful house, with a living area of approximately 150m², opens onto a large air-conditioned living space: a fully equipped American kitchen (with Nespresso coffee machine) and open to the living room with a TV, and a dining room bathed in light in its lovely veranda. A back kitchen with a pantry, and an independent toilet.
On the first floor:
- A 1st bedroom with a 160cm bed and large wardrobes opening onto a 20m² terrace/pergola
- A 2nd bedroom with a 140cm bed
- A 3rd bedroom with a single 90cm bed
- A bathroom with a toilet
On the second floor:
- A 4th bedroom under the roof with a 140cm bed
On the outside, a fully enclosed garden with no overlooking neighbours. A beautiful swimming pool measuring 6m x 3m and 1.30m to 1.60m deep, secured by a fence. At your disposal, an electric barbecue.
At the back of this garden, discover an independent 5th bedroom of 30m² with a 160cm bed. It benefits from its private shower room (Italian shower) in polished concrete and a toilet.
The house is located just a stone's throw from local shops: bakery, grocery store, cafés, restaurants, independent boutiques, pharmacy. A supermarket is located at the entrance of the village.
