A spacious, fully furnished and secure modern loft with pool and garden access. Suitable for a couple or family with 1-2 young children (see note below re pool)

Large private balcony with jacuzzi and views, shared large swimming pool and own private seating area in the established and shady garden below. Includes Smart-TV and uncapped fast fibre Wifi.

There are solar geysers and solar outdoor lights and wifi and cellphone charging continues during any load shedding. Together with the gas hob and battery powered lights life can continue as normal.

The home is well situated to explore the beautiful beaches and winelands just minutes away. Watch the sunset from your jacuzzi or relax in the garden with the squirrels and listen to the owls at night.

Please note there is a cat and two friendly spaniels who live on the property. Only suitable for pet lovers.
The pool which is not fenced off from the house. No children and guests allowed on the property who cannot swim.
