The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, a beverage cooler, and an extra ice maker—perfect for family meals or beach picnics. The open dining area seats six, with three additional seats at the island.
The inviting living room includes a flat-screen TV, fireplace, and queen sleeper sofa, with shiplap details throughout. French doors lead to a screened-in porch with a relaxing porch swing—the ideal spot to sip sweet tea and enjoy the breeze.

• Bedroom 1: Master suite with king bed, Gulf views, sitting area, flat-screen TV, sleeper sofa, and private bath with dual vanities & walk-in shower.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed and adjacent full bath with spa-style shower.
• Bedroom 3: Fun bunk room with four twin beds—perfect for kids or teens.
• Additional sleeping: Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
