About this property

Kayaks~ Hot Tub~Steps from the Lake~Massive House, Game Room-Centrally Located

Lake Manor is a 6 bedroom 4 bath house. It is basically a 3 bedroom house on top a 3 bedroom house. It has 2 kitchens and its 4500 sq feet of lake relaxing and fun. It is close to everything you want to get to in town. This home was purchased in December and has been completely redecorated with new flooring, furnishings, furniture etc.... It has amazing big lake views from not only the living and family room but 4 of the 6 bedrooms. What a wonderful sight to wake up too! This home does have lake access and you are welcome to use the kayaks we have available for you. Walk right across the street to float and swim in the lake. We own the grass parcel directly across from the house. We can help with a boat slip if needed and availability.

The house is 4500 sq feet which means that there is tons of room to spread out and have your own space. We are still working on the house and we'll have outdoor furniture set in place in March of this year along with a propane grill

We added a bigger concrete patio to the front of the home that has a propane fire pit with lots of chairs/tables with a wonderful lake view.

While the driveway is steep which is normal for the lake, we added a 23' x 23' concrete pad to have plenty of parking for guests. We will also allow guest to use the 2 car garage in the lower garage of the house.

Lastly there is a game room in the top garage. It has a ping pong table, corn hole and foose ball table and a mini fridge. Lots of fun to have a good time

We know that you will love Lake Manor!

You must be 25 or older to rent. We do not accept bachelor or bachelorette groups. We prefer family get togethers. If your looking to come here to party this house is not for you.

No pets or smoking. Fine of $300. Check out procedures must be done or fine of $100 min
Quiet hours must be followed 10pm-8am. Second warning will be asked to leave without refund.

It was large enough to accommodate fourteen people ranging from three to seventy years of age. There were enough activities in the game room to entertain people. Bedrooms and baths distributed on both levels provided privacy and quiet for those who needed that.

The house has plenty of room and the views are amazing. We appreciated the additional pad for the top of the driveway, which is very steep. We enjoyed our stay very much. Communication with Jill was great, she even offered to send the handyman out during our stay if needed.

Another Wonderful Family Trip!

This is the third year our family has stayed at this lake house. We all love it! There is enough space for 8 adults and 12 children to spread out. The game room is lots of fun, and the view is lovely. We appreciated having two kitchens and living rooms. The house was very clean and comfortable. Thank you so much for another special family trip!

House was great! Big enough for our family and fun game room! They even put up a Christmas tree! We enjoyed our stay and would love to return. The driveway was a little steep but there was plenty of parking for everyone.

perfect place for our gathering

As we have for decades, 10 of us met for our annual bridge and basketball event. This time it was at this new location and it meet our needs perfectly. From large TVs, very well equipped kitchens, nice furnishings, wonderful mattress' to a great location it served our needs well. We hope to return!

Weekday Getaway

The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. There is very little traffic. The living room has beautiful sunset views over the water. The house comfortably held 21 teens/adults.

What makes this property unique

This home is essentially like a 3 bedroom home on top of a 3 bedroom home. Complete with 2 full kitchen 2 dining room 2 living rooms and 2 garage spaces ( 1 garage has been converted into a game room. The views on both levels have wonderful lake views.
