Woods Edge Estates Property no good

The property manager has very poor communication. I tried to contact her for 3 days before check in no response until the morning of check in. Her phone said not available and couldn’t leave a message her messages were all full. She then text and said the property was not available to call and cancel it. But no response until the day of. That’s a scary and embarrassing feeling when you have people depending on you. Please don’t try to rent this property thru VRBO. VRBO NEEDS TO REMOVE HER AND THIS PROPERTY ALL TOGETHER

No es para nada Lo que anuncian la propiedad es demasiada pequeña no hay estufa no hay comedor el baño Todo el tiempo estuvo liquidando agua el acceso para llegar al área de arriba es terrible la alberca estaba súper verde y en malas condiciones y luego ellos llegaron a limpiar la alberca y hace ruido a las 7 de la mañana cuando nosotros queremos estar dormidos simplemente terrible Este no es un lugar para ocho personas como ellos dicen Este es un lugar para dos o cuatro personas

Do not stay here

The listing clearly states this is a 3 bedroom guest house. This has no bedrooms and is a pool house. There is zero privacy here. There is not 1 curtain or blind in the whole place so everyone can look in and see you. The owners hosted a party while we were staying here and there were random people literally walking around right on the porch where we were as we were trying to change our clothes...and since theres no bedrooms or curtains everything is open. There is no stove or microwave. Theres a hot plate and a toaster oven. I reached out to the owner to ask about parking out boat there and asked for pics which I never recieved. If u have a big truck or boat you will not be able to get down this driveway or park your boat. The sheets had definitely not been changed or cleaned since the last guest. I contacted the owner upon our arrival and asked for her to call me. Never recieved a call or any response back. Worse money I've ever spent.

I ranked this property a 4 star.

This place was great for our stay. It had everything we needed. A few things to keep in mind are the frogs chirping all night and the entry for the driveway could be marked better.
