About this property

COLOR 7 : Pretty duplex with cistern 100m from the beach and village square

Our apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Colour residence, in the entrance you find a kitchen and toilets, we then enter the living room dining room which opens onto the terrace. Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms with king bed separated by a bathroom completely redone in December 2022., one of the bedrooms has an adjoining terrace. In one of the bedrooms you can open a 1-seater sofa bed to add a bed. A baby cot is also available on request. There is a swimming pool in the residence. The apartment is very quiet while being a 3-minute walk from the village square which is very lively in the evening, the beach is also 3 minutes away, shops are also on site. If you don't feel like renting a car, you can relax at the Orient Bay, you have everything on site.

Perfect Location

The location was perfect. It was a very short walk to the beach and restaurants. The location was quiet and we felt safe walking around in the evenings.

Location and property are great! Easy walk to Orient Baie Village, with great restaurants & beaches

The condo is a good size, comfortably furnished and the Terrance’s add outdoor space to enjoy the location and views. The community pool is also a nice asset. English directions for use of the range/oven would be a great feature to add to the kitchen…..along with some ice cube trays. Overall, a great rental for the Orient Baie area!
