Breathtaking views

Queribus in the distance, with gorges surrounding us made for a memorable stay. We enjoyed appetizers on the deck in late afternoon and sometimes even breakfast. Our hostess was helpful and well organized with lots of tourist information. And there were no problems with the property. There was good access to Peyrepertuse and other villages for groceries and hiking. An area I would return to for sure.

Fabulous place to stay!

The house is beautiful and set in a stunning location. The walks in the area are wonderful. The bathing pools were amazing - around a 40 minute stroll from the house. Chateaux visiting is a must. Lovely restaurant in the village, fantastic pizza place on a Friday night and the Epicerie was great for simple shopping. Supermarkets are a half hour or so drive away. The swimming pool at the house - WOW! Great tennis court nearby too that you can use for free as Madame is a member. Plenty of parking at the house for cars. Madame and her husband were very helpful. Can’t wait to return!

Nous avons eu à l'arrivée un contact très agréable avec Katia, la propriétaire. Cette maison d'architecte est très impressionnante, l'orientation de chaque fenêtre semble être étudiée pour une vue sublime. Très propre et très bien équipée. A quelques pas du village.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in beeindruckender Landschaft. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Hauses, temperierter Pool, schöner Garten, naher Tennisplatz - wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Unsere netten Gastgeber haben sich um das Haus hervorragend gekümmert. Ganz herzlichen Dank dafür!

Séjour à Duilhac sous Peyrepertuse

Très belle maison d'architecte, très confortable et parfaitement bien équipée, dans un cadre magnifique. Les environs sont très riches en sites remarquables. Nous étions 6 adultes. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Exzellente Villa

Exzellente Villa. Das Objekt ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Sicht im Wohnzimmer auf die Berge und auf die Burg Quéribus ist fantastisch. Der Grill (Plancha) war perfekt sauber. Das Internet (WLAN) funktioniert einwandfrei und hat sogar eine hohe Bandbreite. Ansonsten gibt es auch guten LTE-Empfang. Der Garten ist der absolute Hammer: Die Vermieterin hat den Garten ausserhalb der Terrasse im Originalzustand gelassen. Man kann also privat ein Stück den Berg hochwanden und findet dort in der Natur eine saubere Bank mit Tisch um dort seinen Kaffee und ein Buch zu genießen. Der Pool könnte allerdings ein Tick wärmer sein, ging aber gerade noch so zum baden. Die Rolladenabdeckung auf dem Pool muss man manuell auf und zukurbeln. Ansonsten ist die Terrasse um den Pool mit hochwertigen Liegen ausgestattet, alle waren im perfekten Zustand. Die Tische auf der Terrasse waren aus Vollholz, sowie auch die Stühle. Man legt hier sehr viel Wert auf einen guten Stil. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, man hört nur den Kirchturm Leuten. Schade dass es keine Fahrräder oder E-Bikes von der Vermieterin gab, wir konnten aus Deutschland nicht alles schleppen. Auf das Auto ist man nahezu 100% angewiesen. Das Dorf in dem sich die Villa befindet ist zwar sehr schön, es gibt auch eine super Badeschlucht die von der Villa zu Fuss erreichbar ist (45 Min Wanderweg), aber für den Rest braucht man schon ein Auto. Ich empfehle allen Besuchern sich auch vorher Wanderschuhe zu kaufen.

Great house and surroundings

We had a great holiday in this house with our family (6P). The view is superb. There are many things to do in the nearby area. Visiting castles, swimming in the nature (Gorges du Verdouble), hiking, rafting in Axat... We also made a trip to Carcassonne. The house has all the luxury what a big family needs. We want to come back anytime.

Très beau séjour

La maison est très bien située, avec possibilité de belles balades à pied vers les châteaux de Peyrepertuse ou Quéribus, ainsi que les gorges de Galamus***. Maison par ailleurs très agréable et bien aménagée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille.

Emplacement incroyable

Maison d’architecte magnifique, extrêmement bien isolée, parfaitement équipée. Grand jardin de garrigue, accès très proche à un cours de tennis. Situation idyllique sous le château de Peyrpertuse, avec accès direct au chemin de randonnée y menant, par le portillon au fond du jardin de la maison! Proche des villages typiques de Corbières et des Pyrénées orientales. À réserver les yeux fermés!

Großartig, unbedingt zu empfehlen

Großartiges Haus, das unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen hat. Vorne Panoramablick Richtung Quéribus, hinten sieht man Peyrepertuse. Freundlicher und sehr zuverlässiger Kontakt zur Gastgeberin. Sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, komplett ausgestattet (zwei Küchen!). Absolut ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse, manchmal hört man Autos auf der Straße unten im Tal fahren, aber das ist keinesfalls störend. Auch die direkt unterhalb gelegene Schule ändert das alles nicht. Es gibt (das ist auf den Fotos nicht zu sehen) einen großen Plancha-Grill hinter dem Haus. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Wichtig vielleicht auch: Rund um den Pool hat man zu jeder Tageszeit irgendwo Schatten, auch ohne Sonnenschirm. Der einzige Wermutstropfen für uns: Man bekommt in sinnvoller Entfernung keine wirklich guten französischen Croissants morgens - das Depot de Pain im Dorf hat zwar welche, aber das sind eher Hörnchen, und in Cucugnan gibt es in der Epicerie nur sonntags welche. Die sehr gute Bäckerei dort macht keine. Aber das hat die fantastische Urlaubserfahrung hier überhaupt nicht geschmälert. Unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Vacances j’oublie tout....

Vue époustouflante, prestations hauts de gamme, accès au château de peyrepertuse à pied par un sentier , piscine agréable....tout ce q’il faut pour se retrouver en famille, se décontracter au calme, et faire un bon dans l’histoire avec les châteaux aux alentours... De plus, nous avons appréciez nos différents échanges avec la propriétaire : pour préparer notre arrivée, à notre arrivée, pour les informations sur les points d’interets et pratiques, ainsi qu’en fin de séjour. Une maison incontournable!!!!
