Across the Street from the Beach with Private Pool - Luxury House. 4 King suites

Best Day Ever! is now larger and more beautiful. Please inquire before you book - this is a unique property and we want to make sure this house is appropriate for your family.

Best Day Ever consists of a main house (4 king suites/3 Bunk room), guest house, private pool (heated/cooled for additional cost), and an outdoor kitchen with both a Big Green Egg and a gas grill. The main house has a 1st floor king master suite with a private bath. This bedroom has high-end Tempur-Pedic mattresses for your added comfort. The second bedroom on the 1st floor is also a King suite and has a beautiful bathroom that is shared as the common bath on the 1st floor of the house. The second floor of the main house has two additional king suites. The 2nd Floor master has a large bathroom with a double vanity, a makeup station, and a walk in closet. The 2nd floor has an additional bathroom that is shared between the 2nd King suite and the Bunk room on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor of the house is a bunk room with a nautical theme. Please be aware that the top bunk is approximately 10ft above the floor and we do not believe this bunk is appropriate for a young child due to it's height - please plan accordingly. Each bedroom in the house has a smart TV that can access all the normal cable channels via Xfiniti's streaming service as well as Netflix/Hulu/and many other services. The kitchen in the main house has Viking appliances and everything you could want to make your own gourmet meals at home. The guest house includes 2 Queen suites with their own private baths. There is also a kitchen and living room. The guest house has an additional laundry setup. Best Day Ever has it's own private swimming pool that can be heated (or cooled) for an additional fee. For the summer evenings - the left drive has an outdoor kitchen with a Big Green Egg and a natural gas grill. There is lighting that makes this a great place to hang out on warm summer evenings. We provide our guest with Beach Service for 4 year-round and provide additional chairs you can take to the beach. Speaking of the beach - you are directly across the street from it and can be there is just a minute or two. This is our dream house and we hope you will love and respect it as much as we do.

This year the neighborhood of Carillon Beach will be charging guest $38 per week for each car for all rentals. The guest will be responsible for this charge and we will communicate the process to all guests after the booking process.

Always a perfect getaway for our family. We have been coming for the last 3 years and it feels like a home away from home. There was some sand in the pool and owners were very responsive and sent someone to clean it. Perfect neighborhood and location!

Best Day Ever is a great house! It has everything you need and was perfect for two families (4 adults and 4 kids aged 2-8). The owners were incredibly responsive to our questions and provided amble information for our stay. Would absolutely stay at the house again!

Beautiful home in a great location! Being so close to the beach and able to go back and forth was a huge plus for us. We loved grilling out and hanging at the pool in the evenings. Definitely plan to book again next year!

Best Day Ever was a wonderful home!! It had plenty of space for our family to gather and also space to have some quiet time. The pool was loved by all and was a good size. We loved the front porch and spent a lot of time there. The access to the beach was great and the beach chairs/umbrellas were an added bonus. Great kitchen with all you need! Our group of three families stayed here for spring break and had an amazing time. Everything was perfect and communication with the hosts was very simple. The house is right across the street from the beach and a very short walk to beach access. I would highly recommend and we hope to stay here again next year.

We have stayed in 5 different houses in our 7 trips to Carillon Beach. We loved the location of Best Day Ever. Owners were very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Enjoyed the outdoor spaces, The fire.pit was perfect for cooler nights!

We loved this house so much! We will definitely be back! The proximity to the beach was perfect! The house was clean, beds are so comfortable, plenty of hot water and towels! We have a large family and everyone had their own personal space. The kitchen was fully stocked and the owners were wonderful to work with!

Beautiful Home Steps Away From Beach

Home was beautifully decorated, very clean and provide all the conveniences you would need within a home, from comfy king size beds to fully equipped kitchens and lots of beach towels! Enjoyed a wonderful family and friends vacation at a location steps away from the beach! We spent a lot of nights just hanging out on their front porch enjoying the night air.

Amazing house!

We had an amazing stay at Best Day Ever! The hosts were wonderful and everything was communicated perfectly. The house itself is everything you need for a wonderful vacation week-- steps from the beach access and perfect little pool... grill and big green egg... fully equipped kitchen ... comfy beds and beautiful updated bathrooms... and the best front porch for enjoying cocktails. We hope to visit again next year!

Best Day Ever was just perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool and the short distance to the beach. Plenty of room for everyone! The house is beautiful, and we cooked many meals in the kitchen. We especially loved the speaker system which was a fun surprise!

Best day ever!

The property was great for our multi generational group. Having the guest house was an awesome bonus, as the little ones were up early! The pool was very nice and the house is almost directly across from the beach walkover. There were a couple little maintenance issues but the owners were incredibly responsive and had everything taken care of so fast! Even on a Sunday night! Best day ever was awesome and we can’t wait to come back!!

Best Stay Ever!

We have been staying at different houses on 30A for the last 14 years. This house is our favorite! It is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well designed and equipped. The beds are so comfortable! It is also a short walk to the beach. We loved the pool and the teens loved the community pools as well. Communication with the owners was easy. We highly recommend this house.

Perfect stay. Heated pool a must. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone. Owner very attentive The only complaint is too few chairs and too small table and living area for size of house and the number of people allowed. But I think that is a common issue in houses at this beach. We had a great time.

Great place to stay!

There were 11 of us to stay here and it was a perfect house! Very quick walk to the beach, very responsive owners when we had issues (AC went out but was fixed the following day), beach was not crowded, overall was great! The only thing I would say is we went to use the firepit one day and the gas lasted maybe 15 mins and ran out and was told to grab some ourselves as they dont keep extra propane on site. Understandably this is something that is difficult to keep stocked but after only using for 15 mins and then not knowing how much we would use it, didnt seem worth it so because of that we didnt get to sit outside and enjoy that area as we would have liked to. I would recommend this as a great place to go!

Charles and Lisa were excellent hosts! Their beautiful home was very well appointed with many upgrades. Kitchen appliances, dishes, cutlery etc were so nice. All the extra touches are there. Decor is lovely and the beds are outstanding in the main house. Really enjoyed the many outdoor spaces and salt water pool. Tne carriage house is adorable… all the decor etc. They offered many new and newish beach chairs and boogie boards / toys. Everything was super clean. So close to tne beach walk over. Highly recommend renting from Charles and Lisa! Thank you for a great week!

We purchased our first house in Carillon Beach in 2017. We named this house Best Day Ever and loved the neighborhood so much we bought a larger house in 2021 and decided we would keep the name Best Day Ever. We spend as much time as we can at our property and love every minute we are there.

Why they chose this property

This property has everything you could want. Plenty of room for friends and family and a private heated/cooled swimming pool. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and lighted sitting area. The house is also right across the street from the beach walkover so it is an quick and easy walk.
