A stylish and very comfortable Villa furnished with lots of love

Villa 'Hedera' lies at one of the most beautiful avenues of Bergen. Its is on walking distance of the forest, the dunes and the beach. Also de centre of Bergen is only a couple of minutes away.

The house is surrounded by old trees and includes a large garden (1000m2).

The furnishing of the villa is stylish and comfortable with an eye for detail. The big open fireplace in the center of the living room, invites to a lovely get together, especially in the cold winter months.

On the first floor are 4 bedrooms located, including the big 'Boskamer' that can also be used as a second living room.

Forest walks, dunes and fireplace ...

We had a lovely long weekend at the house with our friends. We were 4 adults and 3 kids. The location was super, 5 min walk to a gorgeous forest mountain trail that led to the dunes. We spent evenings enjoying the sculptural open fireplace. Perfect for roasting marshmallows! We would certainly come back again...

Schönes Grundstück, hier und da ein paar kleinere Mängel, aber im Großen und Ganzen ok! Das Wetter war Klasse, deshalb waren wir weniger im Haus. Leider Baustelle hinterm Haus, Straße wird gemacht. Fernseher nur ZDF, da Umstellung DVBT verpasst! Schade

Feriendomizil zum "Zuhausefühlen"

Mein Mann, unsere beste Freundin + ich fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl in diesem sehr schönen Haus. Wir sind erfahrene Ferienhausmieter + da genügt meist der erste Eindruck. Man merkt schon vor dem Eintreten, dass dieses Haus zeitweise auch von den Besitzern bewohnt + dort gelebt wird. Geräumig, lichtdurchflutet, sehr gut ausgestattet, individuelle Stücke wie Lampen sowie Kunstobjekte aus Indonesien geben dem Objekt einen persönlichen Charme. Ein absoluter Eyecatcher ist der mitten im Wohn-Essraum platzierte frei hängende Kamin. Last but not least die hervorragende Betreuung durch die vermietende Agentur + ihre Mitarbeiter von der Buchung über den Empfang + die Betreuung vor Ort während unseres Aufenthaltes. Wir werden sie sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

Die Lage ,Austattung,Raumaufteilung und das Design entsprach exakt dem Inserat aber auch insbesondere unserem Geschmack.Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Alles war sauber und gepflegt wie zuhause.Besonders der gepflegte Garten und die lichtdurchfluteten Räume übertreffen das in den Bildern dargestellte Ambiente. Die Betreung war promt und professionell,vor Ort freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können das Feriendomizil jedem ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen. ca. 200 Meter vom Haus gibt es 2 Restaurants :Bergen-Binnen für Lobster und Seezunge,sowie das Pfannkuchenhaus mit leckeren Pfannkuchen und Pizzen und einem Spielplatz für Kleinkinder. Weiterhin ist das Dampfmaschinenmuseum in Medemblick als auch das Freilichtmuseum in Enkhuisen mit Kindern zu empfehlen.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Haus ist sehr schön, gepflegt, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage sehr ruhig, grün und dennoch zentral. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten im Zentrum von Bergen oder in 3 Minuten am Eingang zum herrlichen Dünenreservat. Die Betreuung vor Ort war perfekt- wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
