FALL GETAWAYS! - CLOSE BEACH ACCESS - Beautiful Island Park 4 Bedroom Home

This beautiful 4 bed, 2 bath home in desirable Island Park Cottages will make your vacation a relaxing getaway. Enjoy the ocean views from the deck or the master bedroom. There are two queen beds and two king beds. Linens are not provided, but can be rented through local companies, if desired. The home sleeps eight guests comfortably. There is also a pack-n-play. The downstairs bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower, as do the upstairs bedrooms. A spacious living area with vaulted ceiling offers lots of amenities including a 50" Smart TV, wi-fi and a Blue-Ray DVD player provides a comfortable retreat. Each bedroom has its own TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers an air fryer, cracker crisper, food processor and KitchenAid mixer. The house is also near a pond where guests can fish or kayak/paddle board. We do NOT provide linens, but do provide an initial roll of toilet paper and kitchen trash bag as well as a roll of paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and laundry detergent.

Perfect home!

Great stay

We had a great time at the property. The house was spacious downstairs, and plenty of room to move about the bedrooms. The neighborhood was quiet and it was just a short walk to the beach. We’d for sure stay here again.

Relaxing and wonderful

The property had comfortable beds, lots of space, and a was only a short walk to the beach! We especially enjoyed the selection of books and board games the property had to offer. A short drive/golf cart ride to Ocean Isle Beach restaurants and entertainment. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Loved this place!

This place was so great! Everyone loved it and we had so much fun! It was so close to the beach and pool! I was hoping it was open for Memorial Day weekend but no surprise it was booked! Definitely can’t wait to come back!

Another great stay!

This was our second stay at this property. We really enjoy the location and the layout of the house works well for our family. The kitchen is very well stocked. It's definitely nice to have beach chairs/wagon available so we don't have to bring ours. We look forward to more stays here!

Last minute getaway

Jennifer's communication was excellent and the process of renting this lovely home was seamless. We made a quick impromptu trip into town to look at some real estate and enjoy the beach. We would definitely rent this property again.

Perfect house for our family of 3 couples

Loved the house; especially the well stocked kitchen. We cooked all week and enjoyed the 2nd floor outside dining area for evening meals. Great location in quiet neighborhood. Beach access nearby. We love Ocean Isle Beach and hope to book in the future.

Why they chose this property

This beach house is in the Island Park Cottages community on the far west end. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the island center, but is a quick drive to all the action. This is a perfect house for two families and close to other Island Park rentals for extended family. We love Ocean Isle Beach and wanted a place to make memories with our children and grandchildren.
