This beautiful full featured townhouse is on the 14th hole of the award winning Sun N' Lake "Deer Run" golf course! Walking out your back door onto the patio and the lush fairway is your view. Deer Run is 18 holes of a 36 hole Sun N' Lake golf mecca. This golf destination has consistently been listed as the number one course in Highlands County. Ideal for one or two couples or a family. The townhouse is roomy and comfortable on a quiet street literally a short walk to the clubhouse. The clubhouse features a full pro shop, full menu restaurant and large bar. We also have a wonderful community pool only available to members and their guest of which, you can be ours! There is a $5.00 fee to use this facility and it includes a wonderful wade in kids pool with lots of things to keep them busy. Come and enjoy the warmth and sunshine, golf and exploring!

Good modest fairway condo

The unit is completely renovated and update with new furniture and appliances. Very nicely done. Tv and internet went out twice and property manager fixed within 24 hours but that needs addressing for reliability. A lanai or hot tub would make this a 5 star place so i give it 4.

So much to do right out your back door with golf, biking, hiking, boating, fishing or, pool time and sunshine. Or... check out the Atlantic beaches or spend your time beach combing on the gulf side both only 90 minutes away. Want to spend some time at one of Florida's theme park or all of them? They are also all 90 minutes away or less!
