Room was extremely clean and neat, the neighborhood was beautiful, the AC was nice and cool for the hot humid days of July and the host immediately responded to any issues or questions we had, also had one of the nicest beds I’ve slept in to date not like the lumpy or hard hotel beds, perfect for couples for sure

Perfect place for my stay while visiting my grandkids. Conveniently located but quiet and private. The room was restful and had all the amenities needed for my visit. Juan was very accomodating and responsive. I would love to stay here again next time I am in the area.

My wife and I enjoyed a 3 day getaway stay at this calm, quiet, clean neighborhood guesthouse. Juan is an excellent host and a very effective communicator. No guesswork. The King Sized bed with its pillows and beddings is comfy. If you’re into making your meals like my wife and I are, you will find the included kitchen with supplies to be a bonus at the already competitive rent cost of this guesthouse. An assigned guest parking in front of the room is a blessing. This will be our first choice of a place to stay when in the area.

We’ve stayed here two times now and loved it for the convenience, simplicity, cleanliness, and quiet neighborhood. The AC was helpful in this early summer heat, and the little deck outside was nice to enjoy a bit of sun and coffee. The host is responsive as well. Thank you!

We loved our stay! The suite was very clean and the host was very communicative if anything arose. The neighborhood is wonderful with plenty of options for food and shopping within a 10 minute drive. We were no more than 30-40 minutes from Hollywood and Downtown LA. Stay was a 10/10 we will 100% be booking here again!

We were out and about during the day and just needed a place to sleep during our time in LA. We had a good night’s rest in the cozy bed. Having a designated parking was a major draw. We didn’t need to use the kitchenette, but it’s a plus of the property. The central location is nice and quiet. There are also some yummy breakfast spots close by (Lost Parrot & Yang’s Kitchen). Juan was a kind and responsive host who was quick to reply. We would happily stay here again!

This guest house was perfect for my week-long work trip to Los Angeles. The neighborhood is very quiet and was nice for walking. The bed is very comfy, and when my husband joined me for the last few days, was also nice and roomy. The kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals, and Juan's communication was clear and timely. There was a small snafu with the check-in, but Juan responded very quickly to my message and made everything right. We'd definitely consider staying here again!
