Très mauvaise surprise ! (À fuir)

Je suis très déçu et je tiens à pointer le manque de sérieux et la mauvaise gestion des réservations de ce propriétaire. Ma réservation a été effectuée le 28 février 2024 soit quasiment 6 mois avant, ce dernier a tout de même pris une autre réservation sur la même période. De plus, je tiens également à signaler le manque de professionnalisme de ce propriétaire parlant avec un ton désobligeant. Essayant de trouver une solution avec le propriétaire ce dernier m’a précisé que « nous n’allons pas échanger pendant 2 heures » et que je devrais contacter Abritel car il ne trouvait pas ma réservation. Ce propriétaire devrait revoir sa façon d’échanger avec ses clients. Enfin, étant venu pour le festival, je me suis retrouvé sans hébergement le jour du Check-in.
