The stone house is located 200 m from a long sandy beach at Pointe de la Torche. It sits right in the middle of the dunes and access to the beach is via the dunes.
A wild, unspoilt site, with a long sandy beach, footpaths and mountain bike trails.
A calm environment, lulled by the sound of the waves.
The Torche site is world-famous for its surfing.
Many surfers, kite surfers, paddle surfers and windsurfers can be found here.
In the surrounding area; the ports of Guilvinec and Loctudy, Pont Aven, the city of painters, Quimper and its cathedral; the Glénan islands; the Pointe du Raz, boat trips on the Odet and Glénan, Locronan, a beautiful village full of character; further afield the Océanopolis in Brest.

Environnement exceptionnel

Une petite maison nichée dans un environnement préservé. Plages et spot de surf à proximité. Situation très calme pour les amoureux de la nature. Le descriptif de la maison est conforme si ce n'est que les 2 chambres à l'étage sont en enfilade. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour sous le soleil. Merci au propriétaire qui a fait preuve d'une grande réactivité lorsque nous avons eu un petit souci avec le parasol ! Nous recommandons...

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé de sublimes vacances chez Ronan. La maison se trouve dans un environnement exceptionnel, au milieu d'une nature sauvage et préservée et à deux pas de la plage. Le gîte lui même est parfait, bien équipé, la veranda et la terrasse offrent une vue à couper le souffle à toute heure de la journée. Ronan s'est montré très réactif, arrangeant et nous a aidé à bien préparer notre voyage en amont de notre arrivée. Nous avons eu du mal à revenir et espérons pouvoir retourner au gite Kerdu prochainement!

Un emplacement extraordinaire

Nous avons passé un séjour extra. Le cadre est enchanteur. Le gîte est simple mais très agréable. Nous avons profité de la cheminée, c était très appréciable après de longues journées de balade. Depuis le gîte, ambiance nature assurée avec les lapins qui courent dans la lande et le grondement de l océan. Nous avons adoré cet endroit et le propriétaire s est montré très disponible. Nous reviendrons c est certain !

traumhafte Lage

Das ehemalige Fischerhaus liegt in einer einzigartigen, traumhaften Lage in den Dünen. Wir haben uns in dem gemütlichen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Panoramablick, der Kamin, das Meeresrauschen, die Lage mitten in der Natur und vieles mehr haben uns einen perfekten Urlaub verbringen lassen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

wunderschöner Ort, leider nicht sehr gepflegt

Das Haus liegt an einem wunderschönen Platz direkt in den Dünen, leider war es ungepflegt als wir ankamen und das Bad ist definitiv sanierungsbedürftig. Nach einer Renovierung des Bades würden wir unbedingt wiederkommen.

Trés bon séjour

2ème séjour dans cette petite maison perdue dans les dunes. Toujours aussi agréable par son calme , la vue sur la lande et les lapins; Proximité des chemins de randonnées, de la plage et de spots de surf, qui on fait notre plaisir et celui de nos grands ados. Très bonne accueil, simple et grande réactivité du propriétaire dès qu'il y a une difficulté.

Besser geht es nicht

Ich kam Aufgrund der Lage und der Bilder und des Videos mit großen Erwartungen. Das Haus und auch die Lage haben die Erwartungen voll erfüllt und ich habe mich mit meiner Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Es ist rustikal eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts... Ich freue mich sehr wiederzukommen!

Super Lage gleich am Meer

Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen in diesem Haus. Der grosse Pluspunkt ist die Lage. Für eine Familie mit 4 Personen ist es ideal. Das eine Schlafzimmer ist ein gefangenes Zimmer, das heisst es ist nur durch das andere erreichbar. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, wir haben oft gekocht. Das Bad ist definitiv renovationsbedürftig, ist aber für diesen Winter geplant. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bemüht.

Anmerkung

Es ist halt ein altes Fischerhaus und somit nicht mit anderen Ferienhäusern zu vergleichen. Das Bad und die Badtür sollten mal erneuert werden. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und besonders hat uns gefallen, dass die stark beklemmende Tür am Wintergarten sofort repariert wurde. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und wir sagen nochmals danke dafür!!

Vacances de tout repos .

Architecture bretonne typique, petit hameau charmant. Situation magnifique au milieu des landes et des dunes. Plage gigantesque pratiquement déserte. Aucune route à proximité calme absolu, seulement le bruit des vagues dans le lointain. Propriétaire très sypathique.

Ein schönes Steinhaus in super Lage , innen sehr rustikal , manche stellen könnten eventuell eine kleine Runderneuerung vertragen , aber alles in allem ein Haus in dem man sich sehr wohlfühlen kann!

Wunderbar !

Wunderbar gelegen hinter den Dünen , man hört das Meeresrauschen . Wer die Wilde und Einsamkeit der Natur liebt , ist hier glücklich . Es ist gemütlich im warmen Fischerhäuschen. Man ist in fünf Minuten am Meer zu Fuss. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Plomeur , sogar Bio Produkte .
