Maison contemporaine, construite en 1976, terrasse ensoleillée, trois chambres climatisees à l'etage, lits 140. Trois salles d'eau, une en bas avec wc, lavabo et douche. Deux en haut, douche et lavabo dont une privée pour la plus grande des chambres. Un deuxieme wc à l'etage.
Sejour avec cheminee en cuivre et cuisine non fermée avec four, micro onde, plaque cuisson, machine expresso, machine à café et grille pain. La maison se situe à quatre minutes à pied de la plage centrale et proche du centre ville 12mn à pied. Il y a un cellier avec lave linge, un grand frigo et congelateur ainsi qu un deuxieme evier. Possibilité de rentrer trois voitures dans le jardin. Jardin clos. Barbe-cue bati.
