You will love this Cod style home in a sought after family neighborhood. House has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lovely outdoor shower. If it's the beach you're after you are only a short walk to beautiful Colonial Acres Beach on Lewis Bay. Has large backyard with plenty of room for kids to play, a screened-in porch with large table perfect for meals and game playing, as well as a sunny deck. Kitchen includes dishwasher, in-door water and ice refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. We are currently finishing an addition that will expand the indoor living space to give room for a dining table big enough for six. Bonus chalkboard wall for kids of all ages. Sleeps seven comfortably with two queen beds, one king bed and a twin. Professionally cleaned house and linens.
Only two miles from Hyannis for restaurants and shops or centrally located if you are looking to explore the Cape. Near bike path, mini-golf, inflatable waterpark and island ferries. Beach gear is in garage for your use. You can bring bikes and store them in the garage if you like.

Great Home and Location

Three of us stayed at this lovely, cozy, convenient home in West Yarmouth. The house was perfect for our family of three. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. A great home base as we vacationed on the Cape and took a day trip to Nantucket. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Long Weekend

We rented this lovely house to enjoy a visit to celebrate our grandson visiting from the South and celebrate his 1 year birthday. The house was very comfortable with everything one could need and the screened in porch was great! We walked multiple times to the beach and hope to go back again!

Great family time at Cape Cod cottage

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful Cape Cod home! The house was just as pictured in the listing. Very nice cottage , and it was well stocked with supplies . Beds very comfortable. We also appreciated the items in the welcome basket. Close to Hyannis harbor ,and many restaurants.

Family get away

We had a lovely first vacation with my 18 month old and my in laws. The house was suited our needs. The crib and toys upstairs made the process very smooth with the little one.

Beachy paradise

We stayed here on an extended weekend and it was everything we wanted. Within driving distance with easy access to explore the Cape and even up to Boston and Salem if desired. The home is clean and serene. Beds were very comfy. We didn’t use the backyard, but everything is as pictured. Highly recommend.

Cape Getaway

Our family had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for a family of 4. We were also close to many restaurants, shopping and beaches. The house was perfect for us as a small family, had everything we needed including equipment for the beach which is a very short 10 min walk away (less if you aren’t corralling a toddler). While Cape Cod is generally crowded in mid-August, our beach was extremely pleasant (had to it basically to ourselves several mornings) and the neighborhood is very quiet. Would highly recommend this house to families looking for a relaxing getaway.

Relaxing Cape Cod cottage

We loved our stay and would return. The house was clean and very welcoming. We had relaxing mornings and evenings on the screened-in porch. The house has character and maintains history, while also having the convenience and amenities of upgraded kitchen and baths. Cindy was quick to respond to any questions prior to our trip. It’s a convenient location to other destinations on the Cape, and also short walk to small beach nearby. Great experience overall.

Lovely and comfortable vacation home

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A warm, personal touch was the Welcome Basket waiting for us upon our arrival. We really enjoyed having our morning coffee and meals on the screened-in porch, which offered cool breezes on some of the warmer days! Having just a five-minute walk to the beach using the wagon with beach chairs provided by the owners was terrific! Cindy is very responsive to questions. We look forward to staying here again!

Fabulous house!

This was the nicest VRBO house we’ve ever stayed in! Everything was great. The photos and description did not disappoint. The house was spotless clean and beautifully renovated but still retained the charm of a classic New England Cape Cod. We loved the screened in porch, private back yard and large outdoor shower. The property owner, Cindy, gave us great restaurant recommendations (we loved Gerardi’s and Tugboats as well as Scargo Cafe, Downtown Bistro and Tumi), promptly replied to my questions and even allowed us to check in prior to our 4pm check in time when we arrived on Cape Cod earlier than we expected to. All the beach gear we needed was there and it was a quick walk to the lovely beach where the breeze was delightful! We had a great vacation and only wished we could have stayed longer!

Great location

House is really lovely and super clean, neighborhood is quiet. You can walk to the beach or quickly drive to shopping, restaurants or attractions in other towns. Screened in porch is great for reading, relaxing or outdoor dining. Really great outdoor shower too!

Great cape house

This house was excellent for our family of 5. The house was spotless with lots of lovely cape decor, a cute welcome basket, and many modern touches including the kitchen appliances and bathrooms. The kids loved drawing on the big chalkboard wall. The outdoor shower was one of the best we’ve experienced. We also really enjoyed the screened in porch for meals. The location is close to several nice restaurants, many many mini golf courses (we enjoyed Pirates cove), Skull island (mini golf, go karting, driving range, arcade) and boating (with All cape boat rentals). The beach that is walking distance from the house was quite small and not the best for swimming but Seagull beach is excellent and a few minutes drive away. The street the house is on is very quiet and safe, but we found Route 28 to get in and and out of the area can get very busy at times. Cindy was an excellent host always very responsive and helpful through the trip. Definitely recommended!

Clean, Beautiful, Comfortable

This charming home is beautifully decorated and unbelievably clean. The furniture and bedding are so comfortable. I like it better than my own house! Although we wanted for nothing during our stay, our hosts were easy to reach, friendly, and attentive. With the beach and restaurants so nearby, it's an ideal vacation spot.

We live outside of Boston only an hour from the Cape. As children my husband and I both spent time on the Cape and have very fond memories. We love sharing this house with others and hope you make your own wonderful memories here.

This house is in one of the most sought after neighborhoods. We loved it as soon as we saw it 10 years ago because of the neighborhood's Cape feel and the closeness to the beach. We have made numerous improvements to the property over the years and we think you will love it as much as we do.
