Superb villa with panoramic sea and mountain views with infinity pool of 50m2 not overlooked, living room of 100m2 with fully equipped kitchen, 4 independent bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets. Cot and high chair - Quality bedding - Tree-lined garden of over 4000m2 - . Absolute calm.
Possibility of organizing breakfast and lunch at home.
Possibility to rent a second house for 4/6 people with private swimming pool in the same village. Wifi connection High speed

Very quiet and cozy. You won't hear or see a car, a real treat...
Exceptional environment. it is possible to hear the sheep for several kilometers. Eagles regularly fly over the area.

You will necessarily come across a herd of sheep on the road approaching the village.
Hundreds of sheep are guided by the shepherd every morning and every end of the day, Your car is surrounded by these animals and their young, a great moment!

Ideally located near Georgioupolis between Chania and Rethymnon, 5/10 mins from white sand beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy and doctors. 40 mins from Chania airport. 5 mins from Lake Kournas. 20 minutes from Kalyves and Almyrida.

Possibility of organizing horse or pony treks 10 minutes from the villa. Very good club, they also offer to finish with a walk on the beach and swim with the horse.

Charming and delicious little family tavern "Chez Maria" opposite Patima in Kastello. (2 minutes from the villa) Our favorite address. You can also order and have it delivered directly to the villa by many restaurants. (for example Greek salads, Moussaka, grilled lamb chops or simply a roast chicken - fries).

We stayed at the villa as an extended family group of 8 adults and 2 young children. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and finished to high standard. The kitchen and facilities were very well equipped, the pool was wonderful and the view was beautiful. The villa is located in a quiet, rural area, but still easily accessible. Gaby who manage the place was very helpful and responsive throughout the stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at the villa.

Crete Vacation

Our stay at Jasmine was amazing. The pictures on the site were exactly what we saw when we arrived. Gaby was awesome by staying in touch, meeting up with and taking us to the villa, showing us around and giving good recommendations on places to see and eat! Pascal had some nice goodies waiting for us! The villa was roomy, clean and beautiful. The outdoor area and pool were the best and we really enjoyed and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this listing for your stay if you are in Crete!!

The position of the villa is incredible. The view is breathtaking. The house is luxurious. It’s only 15min to the beach which is lovely and uncrowded. It’s the perfect place on the island to explore from.

As wonderful as it looks

What a wonderful place to stay! The villa is well-provisioned, comfortable and the views are out of this world. Most days we went sightseeing in the morning but made a point of getting back to Villa Jasmin by mid-afternoon for some lounging-by-the-pool time. We really appreciated the outdoor space, including the barbeque and covered dining area. During our week-long stay, we walked over to Taverna Maria for dinner three times. The food was delicious and the price very reasonable (for info - they don't take cards). Kavros is really convenient with a well-stocked grocery store and the Melis Patisserie-Cafe which makes the most amazing pastries and coffee. Gaby was really responsive and gave great recommendations for things to do. Many thanks for a fantastic holiday.

Couldn't fault it. It is a stunning property with the best sea view we have ever had. So peaceful.

Communication before stay excellent. Gaby so helpful and lovely. The property stands alone in the mountains with just the sounds of nature for company. If you want to get away from it all but have easy access to the coast this is a perfect villa. Tavernas in the mountain villages so friendly with excellent food and so reasonable. We will return!

Der Ideale Ort für einen Urlaub mit Freunden

Bei unserer Reise hat wirklich alles gepasst! Bei Fragen hat Pascal über fewo immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Vor Ort haben wir die liebe Gaby kennengelernt, die uns in die Wohnung eingewiesen hat und stets gute Tipps für uns hatte. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sauber, ruhig und sehr weitläufig (was bei unserer Reise mit 8 Personen sehr praktisch war, da wir uns so auch mal ‚aus dem Weg‘ gehen konnten. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. :)

Une belle semaine de détente

Accueil très chaleureux de Gaby. La maison est située dans les hauteurs, avec une très belle vue sur la baie et dans un calme absolu. Elle est magnifiquement rénovée, et en tous points conformes avec le descriptif. Les chambres sont lumineuses, le salon et la cuisine sont un très bel espace. Belle terrasse ombragée pour le petit-déjeuner. Propreté impeccable, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Nous recommandons aussi La Taverne de Maria, à Kastellos, à 3 minutes en voiture. Gaby a été très réactive à nos demandes, et a pu nous organiser une excursion à la carte !

Schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage am Berg

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr großzügig, stilvoll, hell und in ausgesprochen ruhiger Lage. Der Pool und Außenbereich laden zum Entspannen ein, man hat einen schönen Blick über die Berge zum Meer! Es gibt ein paar kleine Tavernen die gut zu Fuß (15min) oder mit dem Auto (5min) zu erreichen sind - die eher ruhige "Taverna Maria" oder die belebteren "Kali Kardia" und "Babis". Im Ort gibt es zwei Supermärkte, die gute lokale Produkte anbieten (Obst, Gemüse, Olivenöl & Raki vom Faß). Nur vom Strand und der Umgebung hat uns der Süden der Insel letztlich besser gefallen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit hier und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Erholung und Natur pur

Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf, absolut idyllisch in der Natur, allerdings etwa 15 Minuten entfernt von nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Auto ist demnach zwingend erforderlich. Das Haus war für uns (5 Freunde) perfekt, es ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben den Außenbereich, Terrasse mit Bestuhlung und Pool mit tollem Blick sehr genossen. Gaby hat uns von der Ankunft an sehr nett betreut. Sie war jeglichem Wunsch sofort zur Stelle. An dieser Stelle vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung.
