Other remarks
The accommodation works with a prepaid electricity metre.

Extra charging is offered upon arrival. Any additional consumption remains at the expense of the traveller and can be easily recharged according to their needs.

Electricity consumption varies according to the duration of use of the air conditioning. The amount of free charging, the balance available on the metre and the charging methods will be explained to you clearly when you arrive.

The concierge will also be able to assist you if you need help with an additional charge.

The residence has a caretaker present during the night as well as outdoor surveillance cameras.

These cameras exclusively film the entrances and common areas of the residence in order to contribute to the security of the premises. No cameras are located inside the apartment or in the private areas reserved for travellers.
