The 300 m2 terrace will delight you with its view of the forest and overlooks the swimming pool. <br><br>Access to the property is through a gate and gives you access to a large hard parking area that can accommodate more than 30 cars in front of the house. <br><br>An inventory of fixtures will be made at the beginning of your stay and a deposit of 1500 Euros will be requested on your arrival (half in cash and half in check in your name) and will be returned to you after the cleaning has passed. <br>The cleaning will be done by us including the washing of the sheets available on your arrival (250€).<br>We do not accept private paid parties or any other ticketed or alcoholic events. <br><br>La Clairière is looking forward to your stay and wishes you a pleasant stay. <br>Sébastien
