Just stayed at this chalet - 2 families. Lounge could be a bit bigger. Very well stock with all amenities.

Great apartment, lovely resort

We loved Les Arcs 1800 - we didn’t know if we’d be a bit isolated in the Chantal area but the nearby amenities were great and it was very easy to use the Dahu lift to get to the commercial centre. The apartment was perfect for us. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were really responsive and sent all the info ahead of our stay. The view of Mont Blanc was amazing on a clear day.

Les Arc 2024 ski vacation

Large apartment for 11, good location in La Chantel, Ski in & out down to the Vagere chair. Good swimming pool. Shuttle bus runs until 7:30 pm to the Charvet village & the Charvet to Chantel cable car runs all day to 11:30pm

New Year Stay

The apartment is well located for the slopes and main village (via a short gondola ride), well equipped and has a great view from the living space. We were disappointed when we had to pay an extra 400 for to bed linen and towels, you're also expected to clean the apartment on departure, note these items are not included in the VRBO listed price which really surprised us! The check in details are also a bit confusing and the wifi didn't work, we were given a code for the neighbours signal.

Nice appartment, but horrible instructions

The appartment is nice located and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Les Arcs. The beds are not ok, all adults left with backpain. Also all instructions (and communication) in the appartment are in French only and especially the check-in instructions are very unclear. It took us way too much time to locate the check-in office. The cleaning instructions were given during a phone call and they were unable to give a written list of things to clean. Summarized, nice appartment, but the customer journey can be improved a lot.

L'appartement est agréable, lumineux et bien équipé et la vue est magnifique (orienté nord vers le Mont Blanc). Il n'est en revanche pas particulièrement bien placé. L'accès à l'école de ski est difficile, notamment pour les enfants débutants. Il faut aller au télécabine du Dahu pour descendre et remonter des Villards où se trouvent les commerces et l'école de ski. Prévoir du temps car il y a énormément d'attente en fin de journée.La communication pour le départ avec le gérant local a été très laborieuse, notamment par rapport aux clés. Pensez à prendre des photos des trousseaux que vous laisserez car la situation peut être très compliquée.

Nous comprenons tout à fait que l’accès à l’école de ski ait pu être moins pratique, notamment pour les enfants débutants. Cet appartement a été choisi pour son emplacement légèrement excentré, offrant calme et espace, mais cela implique effectivement un trajet légèrement plus long pour rejoindre les pistes Concernant les clés, si le nombre de jeux de clés disponible diffère de celui indiqué, merci de prévenir la prestataire dès le début du séjour pour éviter toute confusion. Nous espérons avoir l’occasion de vous accueillir à nouveau lors d’un prochain séjour !

Un appartement très agréable et très bien situé.

Appartement spacieux, bien agencé, très bien situé, vue Mont Blanc et skis aux pieds. Cuisine généreusement équipée en tasses, bols, assiettes, faitouts de différentes tailles etc. Électroménager de bonne qualité. Literie de bonne qualité également. Très agréable à vivre, même à 8 personnes, sans être les uns sur les autres. Le balcon est sans doute très agréable l’été. A l’arrivée : Prévoir de récupérer et déposer les clés au centre station, pas forcément pratique.Attention forfait ménage non compris, compter 160 et n’inclut pas le nettoyage de la cuisine. Pas de lave-linge (effectivement ne figure pas dans l’annonce mais c’est surprenant dans un appartement pour 8 personnes aussi bien équipé) ni de congélateur (pas de bac freezer dans le réfrigérateur non plus). Un appartement très agréable dans un quartier calme de la station, immeuble qui a moins de 10 ans, grand parking et piscine de belle taille, ouverte sur la montagne.

Costa Family experience

Espace suffisant pour 3 couples, 2 enfants et un bébé, conforme à la description. Excellent état de propreté et de fonctionnalité du matériel de cuisine, TV. La disponibilité de bois pour le feu est une excellente initiative, idem pour l'aspirateur à cendres ... Egalement apprécié l'espace pour ranger le matériel de glisse et chaussures. Piscine OK, spacieuse, l'eau aurait pu être un peu plus chaude. La vue est un réel atout !!! En bref, excellent séjour en famille !

Très bel appartement au calme au pied des pistes

Bel appartement fonctionnel pour 10 personnes entre amis et enfants. Une très belle vue depuis le canapé sur le Mont Blanc, un grand casier à ski, tout à proximité, une cheminée fonctionnelle très appréciable. Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine de la résidence. On recommande. Point à améliorer: le plan pour accéder au chalet et récupérer les clefs pourrait être amélioré.
