Recently restored family home in the heart of the Parc Naturel du Perche

Situated at the end of a private driveway, totally secluded but five minutes from all the shops, our house is ideal for a warm family or friendly get-together. You'll enjoy the comfort of a perfectly restored house, and while you're relaxing in front of an open fire, you'll see deer strolling past the windows. High-speed WiFi. Board games, DVD player, three yoga mats and bricks, badminton, table tennis, balls, pétanque, and two bookshelves provided. Nearby is the Parc naturel régional du Perche, with its picturesque villages (La Perrière, Bellême) and the lively town of Mortagne au Perche (famous market, cinema, media library, swimming pool, antique and second-hand goods shops, bookshops and bars).
The voie verte, a former railway line that has been redeveloped, is open to pedestrians, cyclists and horse riders over a distance of 70km. There are many walks starting from the house.
