Very lovely place, has everything that is needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Location is great too, in a quiet private road but only a stones throw from the beach and nature walks as well as a short walk into town. We were welcomed very kindly by the owners and communication was very easy. Thoroughly recommendable

House in quiberon

The front door was very diffcult to open and close. When we left the house, it was only possible by leaving via the back door! The garden was a jungle (pitty for the kids, they could not play there) and there where no insekt screens in the windows. The rest was good to very good.

Thanks for your comment we will take in consideration to improve our service. I don't know why you found the door difficult to open and close as it was working fine with previous tenants. Anyway you told me you opened it properly when you call when check-in. You're right regarding the garden. It was unsual to get so much rain at this periode. We will ask for a garden service for next summer. Best regards

Perfekte, zentrale Lage, dennoch ruhig. Das Appartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus mit grosser Terrasse und einem Parkplatz in eine ruhige Strasse.Eine helle, geräumige dreizimmer Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht.Schnelles Internet,unkomplizierter Check in/out durch einen Schlüsselsafe, 2-3 Minuten fussläufig bis zum Strand,15-20 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt.Veronique ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin,spricht auch sehr gut Englisch.Wir haben unseren fünftagigen Aufenthalt genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wohlfühlurlaub in Quiberon

Sehr schöne, helle Wohnung mit großem Garten und Terrasse. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Meer oder im Zentrum. Ausstattung ist modern und geschmackvoll, Küche mit allem was man braucht. Unkomplizierter Check-in, kein Zeitdruck bei der Anreise, was ich persönlich sehr angenehm finde. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, immer gut erreichbar falls nötig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Super Lage, Zustand renovierungsbedürftig, kleine Schlafzimmer

Die Fotos versprachen viel. Der Zustand vor Ort war anders. Diverse Reparaturen wären nötig. Das Schlafzimmer ist so klein, dass die Tür garnicht vollständig geöffnet werden kann. Das Kinderzimmer hat nur einen winzigen Schrank. Positiv: unkomplizierter Check in und Check out über Schlüsselsafe. Lage sehr gut, Strand und Promenade in Laufweite. Sehr ruhige Privatstrasse.

Die Fotos der Unterkunft sind repräsentativ für den angebotenen Service sowie dessen Beschreibung. Das Haus wurde 2015 komplett saniert und wir sind bemüht, eventuell notwendige Reparaturen so schnell wie möglich durchzuführen. Wir wurden vor Ihrer Ankunft über das Vorhandensein einer defekten Schiebetür informiert, aber aufgrund der Hochsaison war es uns nicht möglich, vor Ihrer Ankunft einen Handwerker für diese Art von kleineren Reparaturen zu finden. Trop cher par rapport aux prestations offertes

Le prix est trop élevé par rapport aux prestations réellement offertes : maison partagée avec une location au rez-de-chaussée et une autre au 1er étage avec les inconvénients qui en découlent, maison excentrée par rapport au centre ville, petite surface 2 petites chambres, absence d'état des lieux suivis de réclamations infondées avec surfacturations.

Weekend ensoleillé - juin 2022

Habitués de Quiberon mais uniquement à la journée, nous avons passé un agréable weekend de la pentecôte. Logement propre, bien rénové et bien équipé (bon débit internet :) ) , situé dans une ruelle privative permettant de garer la voiture sans soucis. Accès à la Grande plage et aux restaurants à pied (10/15min tranquille)pas besoin de voiture!!! Hôtes sympathiques et disponibles rapidement si besoin. Nous conseillons cette adresse sans hésiter. très bon séjour, très bien placé par rapport au centre ville, et pour prendre le bateau. Nous avons été prendre le bateau pour Houat à pied en 10/15 minutes.. De plus l'appartement est dans une rue sans issue très tranquille.. A recommander

Séjour idyllique à quiberon

Nous avons passé 3 jours à quiberon, idéalement situé, 15 mn à pied du centre, 5mn de plage, 2 mn du chemin côtier. L'appartement est tel que décrit, voir mieux ! Jardin clos avec terrasse tres appreciable sous ce beau soleil. Très propre, cosy, lumineux. Les propriétés très agréables et arrangeant ! Merci pour ce beau séjour !

Maison appartement très agréable et propre. Calme particulièrement en cette période hors saison (fin avril), parfait pour se ressourser. Un accueil également très courtois et sympathique. Parfait RAS.

Emplacement et location parfaits

La maison est idéalement placée proche de la mer. Lumineuse, fonctionnelle, très bien équipée avec une bonne literie. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins . Nous avons passé un court séjour très régénérant et si nous revenons dans la région, nous choisirons de nouveau cette location.
