Welcome to this modern luxury home perfectly situated steps from the Provo River! A completely brand new home, finished in January 2021, this home is stunning, surrounded by Midway's natural beauty and ready for you to rent. The home is comprised of 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

This property has all the latest technology managed through an iPad in the home. With heated floors, high ceilings, glass walls, 2-car garage, hot tub and BBQ, this home has all the amenities you need to escape.

This property is just a 10 minute drive to the Deer Valley Jordanelle lift (back side of Deer Valley). It is also a quick 20 to 30 minute drive (depending on traffic) to Main Street Park City!

Please inquire if you want to book for less then 30 nights, but a minimum of 16 nights. For 30+ day rents - tenant to pay all utilities (water, SDGE, wifi and cable)
