Fully renovated family home, authentic setting, 5min from the beach

Family villa of 140m2 completely renovated in 2025 in a quiet, authentic and not overlooked environment overlooking the magnificent cove of Portigliolo (less than 5 minutes from the beach and a boat anchorage). Our villa, in the middle of nature, offers a spectacular panoramic view of the Sanguinaires Islands and the peninsula of La Castagna. The private swimming pool, surrounded by many fruit trees, has a heat pump. You will enjoy this magical and typical setting at all times of the day thanks to ideal sunshine and multiple terraces with sea view and maquis view. On a landscaped garden of 1500m2, our house consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, plancha, ... Many shops and restaurants nearby. The famous beaches of Argent and Ruppione are 7/10 minutes away by car and Cala d'Orzu is less than 20 minutes away. Ajaccio airport is 35 minutes from the house. Sehr schönes, umfangreich gestaltetes Haus mit Meerblick und fantastischen Sonnenuntergängen.
