Fun family get away,located first floor,private balcony with beach view,studio kitchen ,wifi access with cable ,2 pools including one heated pool during fall/winter,minutes away from located attractions such as USS Lexington,Hurricane Alley waterpark,Texas state aquarium,private parking(one time $20parking permit obtain at check in front desk,elevator for access to first floor,washer dryer located on every floor,our condo is 420sqft will accommodate 3adults and 2children or 2adults and 4children,kids or younger smaller adults love the bunk beds along the hallway!!! the office closes at 10pm so u must check in before 10pm to get your parking pass,and avoid getting car towed,front office does leave a emergency number on door if you arrive after 10,!!!!!if u reserved thru expedia and don't hve a vrbo app open then u must contact us thru our email on file or the phone number on file,that will be the way to insure u get our check in and check out process and door codes Thank you

Everything was easy to book and check in and check out. The Host was very responsive. The view from the balcony was great to enjoy your morning coffee. Short walk down to the beach. Would definitely book here again.

this was the most convenient place! it was so cute inside and plenty of room for everyone. the private beach access was so nice especially if you have littles. i love it here and will definitely be booking here again.

This is our 7th or 8th time staying here for my birthday weekend and we always leave feeling great! The condo is cute, beach chic and cozy. Always clean and prepped for our stay. The owner is super communicative and never leaves me waiting for a response. They always make sure our stay is comfortable and inviting! Can’t wait to be back!

This is my second stay and its still as great as the first time. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Never had an issue. Easy check in. Nice front desk workers. Definitely recommend.

Exactly as described, comfortable, very responsive host, check in was easy and the young man working the front desk was so helpful. Comfortable beds, warm swimming pool, and nice view from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Easter Weekend

When I first booked this, I was skeptical. However the property was very clean. The pool was really nice and heated. I was very pleased with what I got for the price. The host had a great communication.

The landlord was sweet. And thank you for allowing us to your property. The communication was there. And it was cozy. However, the location of which the condo is, was deceptive. I guess it’s partly my fault for not deep diving in research before coming on this trip. Right on the edge of the hood of Corpus Christi. A couple minutes walk from The beach access for the building it’s in, #3, was chained up and broken. So we had to walk an additional 5-7 mins to get to the beach. By the end of our stay that door was also chained up and broken. The condo it’s in is raggedy. Rusty metal everywhere, dirty, walls broken, holes in the ceiling of the entry ways, and no elevators. Roaches on the balconies. The smell of rat infestation in the stairs and walkways, Not even a fire alarm. Very dangerous. With all due respect. To the owner, I would call it quits and find another form of income because this place is a dump and you deserve more. Your customers deserve more.

This was our first time staying here and i can say it was by far the best place we have stayed at for our summer vacation. Super clean, very friendly staff, close to the beach, pool was cery clean. Definitely gonna be back next summer!

Great quiet getaway

We enjoyed our quiet little getaway here! Short walk to the beach which was private access so not crowded at all. Owner responds very quickly to anything you need or ask.
