When you are not enjoying the fresh seafood at THE SPLASH (just downstairs) or any of the various Topsail Island restaurants, you have a complete kitchenette with 2 burner stove top, mini refrigerator, coffee pot/toaster and cooking equipment to whip up a meal before heading out for your nightly walk on the (hopefully moon-lit) beach, before retiring to your plush King bed.
...You also have 500MB-WIFI, along with 2-Spectrum Cable HDTV’s and washer/ dryer. And a laptop workstation if you need a quiet area to catch up on emails.

Our host Frank was quick to reach out and provided an excellent tour. The cabinet of beach supplies was fantastic - no need to bring sand toys or beach chairs from home. Resort facilities were nice. Apartment was good. Nothing fancy but suitable for a few days away. Kitchenette is in a sliding door closet, okay for quick meals. We ate dinners out so it wasn’t a big deal for us. Really great location and a budget accommodation. Thanks, Frank!

Very nice for a weekend getaway!

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway on a budget for my small family. The private beach access was wonderful and the kids loved the pool! Room is definitely older but very clean and well maintained. With family in the area we will definitely be back!
