Awesome Beach House!

Steps to the beach. The perfect set up for the entire family and friends to enjoy their time at the beach. Pet friendly.
It is a 60 second walk from the front door to the beautiful white sand beach. No worries with annoying condo access and elevators to get back to your room. If you are on the beach it is a quick and easy return back to the house for bathroom breaks along with food and beverages you may desire . Convenience is the Key Word.. There are no high rises in this particular area. It consist only of private homes and rentals. It really gives you some nice space and privacy with this set up on the beach
This home is located one row back from the oceanfront homes .The house is extremely well maintained and kept in superb condition. The owners take great pride in providing their guest with an environment that gives them complete satisfaction.
This location is very safe , and its close proximity allows you to walk down 3 blocks East to Schooners Beach Bar.

Family time at the beach!
We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our family of 8. We had fun in the pool and daily family time at the beach was amazing with easy access literally steps from the front door. Layne (owner) was awesome! Great communication and a gracious host Thank you!!

Magical Family Vacation
Not being familiar with PCB I really didn’t know what to expect. I was worried about the ‘road’ we would cross to get to the beach but it was just a neighborhood back street! Steps away from the beach access. White sand, beautiful water. Close enough to walk to the beach bar that has really good food! We were pleasantly surprised by all of the restaurants. The house was a gem. The location was perfectly between all of the condos so the beach was not too crowded. The pool was great for the kids and had excellent shade in the afternoon/evening. The 3rd floor balcony had beautiful sunset views. The house has everything we needed to cook and lounge around. The owners were VERY responsive to any inquiries we had. Magical.

Perfect Family Vacation Rental
This house was perfect, only a few steps to the beach! Pool was very inviting and the 3rd level has the most beautiful view of sunrise's and sunset. The host and hostess of this home are so easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent this home again.

Greatness
This was our vacation spot from last year. Reviews mean a lot as your look for a small pieces of happiness every year. This was a very beautiful home that was well cleaned and stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful view on each level of the home while listening to the waves as you slept. Beach right across the street while the pool in the rear. The host were great had no problem for start to finish. Very nice to speak with and always willing to help. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

Exceeded Expectations!
The owners have done a great job maintaining this property! The views are amazing and the proximity to the beach can’t be beat (literally across the street). The private pool is a bonus. Our family truly enjoyed and this will be our go to house in PCB!

Panama City 2021
Owners were so nice and friendly. Loved the house with the upper deck and balcony. It was so awesome being right by the walkway and right across the street from the beach. To top it all off there was a private pool. I can not say anything bad about this house or this trip. Had an awesome time with family.

Family Beach Blast
Super clean house with great owner. We had 2 families which worked perfect with both sets of us parents getting king beds and our own bathrooms and kids used the 3rd level as main hangout plus queen bedroom on lower. Distance from beach chair back to house isn’t much further than beach chair into the ocean. Beautiful beach, great sunsets, great view from upper deck. Lots of local restaurants to choose from. We loved it.
