The Polo Beach Club... Whether you are planning a romantic getaway for two or a family vacation, you will find everything you need at this prime location!

The Polo Beach Club is a non-smoking 8 story building which is nestled on the water's edge with silhouettes of neighboring islands in the distance and spectacular Maui sunsets. Our almost privately situated beach has been rated one of the top 10 beaches in all of Hawaii and is located right next to several 5 star resorts, world renowned championship golf courses, and luxury shopping. All units are 2 bedroom and 2 bath and are individually owned.

Our unit has been remodeled and upgraded with top of the line appliances, granite counter tops, over stuffed ultra-suede sofas, and beautiful Tommy Bahama furnishings. It is well-stocked and well-furnished. Our 5 star condo and is ranked in the top bracket of most desirable condos to rent in all of South Maui. Also, for your convenience and to make things a little easier and more comfortable, we have provided internet access in our unit which will be available to you. Our unit is located on the second floor, pool and barbecue side of the building with a tremendous and expansive view of the ocean and our crescent shaped white sand beach, looking out to the island of Molokini with views of Lanai and Ko'oholawe. The convenient location of our unit gives you easy access to the beach, pool area and BBQ.

This luxury condo boasts a host of amenities. Elegantly furnished, this property comes complete with fresh linens, a full kitchen stocked with dry goods, staples, and everything you will need for meal preparation. There is even a herb garden available for guests who enjoy using fresh spices when preparing meals! Maid service is also available upon request.

From enjoying a romantic dinner watching the sunset from the lanai, or walking the beautifully landscaped grounds enjoying the native plants and flowers, there is something for everyone in this location. The sparkling pool and spa are open daily from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. for sunbathing and swimming, or perhaps snorkeling in the crystal clear waters off the private beach would be more to your liking. Whatever your preferences, you are sure to find something here for every taste.

Beautifully maintained condo right on the beach

Great place to stay

Our stay was fantastic, location is awesome, right on the beach with chairs, towels and umbrellas provided by host. The entire property is well kept and nice and quiet. A one mile walk to the Shops of Wailea or slightly longer if you take beach walk. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this condo Thanksgiving week in 2024. It was our first time to Maui. We went all over the island and we believe that this location is the nicest area to stay. The condo was clean, had a great view, and the beach is steps away and great. We would consider this condo again for a future trip.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Beautiful views, well maintained grounds, nice beach and pool. Condo appliances need to be updated, especially washer/dryer (very noisy) refrigerator and oven! Thank you for attention to these issues. We would possibly rent here again! Mahalo!

In my opinion the bedroom carpets need replacing. They smell and look dirty. The bathroom faucets are loose. Other than that fantastic.

Paradise and Then Some

We have been dedicated Maui visitors for nearly 40 years. For the last 20+, always at Polo Beach. We consider it the best beach with the most carefully preserved building and outdoor amenities in all the islands. We have rented several units at PBC over the years. None have been better equipped and maintained than this one. Features of note: Hard surface floors throughout with a few attractive rugs, modern applicances, large flat screen TV with DVR, Keurig Espresso machine with 36 cartridge dispenser fully loaded with Starbuck's Pike Place variety, smooth concrete lanai table adequate for up to 8 place settings (if there were a couple of more chairs). This unit is on the south side of the building, providing views of sunsets in the winter months, pool, and barbecue area; also, protected from prevailing trade winds for outdoor dining. Property manager, Tiffany, and housekeeper, Leah, assisted by her handyman husband, Jim, were always available for questions and repairs.

Great property, wonderful location

We stayed at this Polo Beach property for ten days over Christmas and have nothing but positive comments. The location is fantastic; the beach is at your front door and the complex has a lovely pool and hot tub. There is a walking path that runs along the beach from Polo to the Andaz, about 1.5 miles away. The shopping center next door (walking distance) has a shop with some prepared foods and grocery items (a full grocery is not far away in Kihei), and both the nearby resorts and the shopping centers up the hill have plenty of dining choices. We especially loved our Christmas buffet at the Andaz and two great meals at Oao. The central location made trips along the coast, both north and south, very easy. We highly recommend a wander to the lava fields south of Polo Beach (with a stop at the food trucks for fish tacos) and a visit to the Humpback Whale center in Kihei - you will see turtles sunning themselves in the lagoon out back most days. Stop for brunch at Khei Caffee.The condo itself is very well-equipped and comfortable. The lanai has beautiful ocean views and we enjoyed watching the whales in the morning and the sunset in the evening. The only very slight negative is that we missed having a gym on property, but we found a couple in Kihei that offered short-term memberships at very reasonable prices.Tiffany, the property manager, was extremely pleasant to deal with and very responsive. Overall, a fantastic experience and one we would love to repeat!

Property was as described and very comfortable. Great view of the ocean and whales jumping. Bring binoculars! Occasionally some noise from the pool nearby and people on patios or decks nearby but mostly just people talking. Parking in the garage below not guaranteed depending on postings by the management. I assume this is seasonal. We always found a space outside in front and there is also street parking outside the gates. Property is right at the start of the wonderful walkway along the coast. We walked to breakfast and dinner at the 4 Seasons and Grand Wailea and for a longer hike to the shopping center near the end of the trail. Perfect spot for exercise and whale watching. We would stay again!

Great location

The Polo Beach Club is a great property with and incredible location. The unit itself has a wonderful covered lanai with awesome sunset views! Inside, the kitchen was fairly well appointed. We felt like the carpets could use a good cleaning as well has a few cabinet doors that needed to be tightened. Overall, a great property!

Beautiful location, clean condo, nice to stay in a condo not run by a big corporate management company. Wonderful beach got to see sea turtles in the waves. Beautiful grounds with a caretaker maintaining it full time. Would definitely stay here again.
