This fully furnished, beachfront condo is situated on the Gulf of Mexico in Indian Shores, Florida. Located up on the 7th floor, you’ll have front row seats to watch dolphins and manatees swim by during the day and watch the most beautiful sunsets in the evening. Florida living at its best!
We have updated this condo and decorated it with vintage and nautical décor to make your stay extra special. It is light, bright, and airy. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit features a king-sized bed in the gulf side master suite and two twin beds in the guest room. The spacious living room also has a convertible bed for extra sleeping space. The master bath has a walk in shower and the hallway bath has a shower/tub combo. The front entry/office space also has a convertible sofa that pulls out to a full bed. This space is perfect for two couples or just one if you want separate bedrooms.
The full kitchen has everything you need to whip up any meal. Dine indoors at the dining table or outdoors on the covered balcony. A coin operated laundry is located on the same floor. The unit has one assigned, covered parking spot. The condo building has a private pool and beachfront access.

Close the balcony shutters so that light still enters the holes.

My wife Jennifer and I live nearby in downtown St. Petersburg. We love to escape to the condo for some sun and salt water any chance we get.
We both love to travel and have been fortunate enough to visit some amazing places all over the world (favorites include: Portugal, Greece, Ireland, Turkey, & Thailand). We are very active in our neighborhood and enjoy a variety of hobbies including kayaking, camping, cooking, and hockey.

Why they chose this property
The building was built around 1974 with unit 702 owned by our family ever since. Alexander spent every summer here growing up until one year his family never left, moving to sunny St. Pete in 1998. We renovated the unit in 2015, upgrading the kitchen. We’ve made a lot of progress and we love how it turned out.
