This charming unit was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Mountain views directly from the couch were spectacular! Located in an upscale neighborhood, there was plenty to do and see nearby. Within the grounds we thoroughly enjoyed the quiet pool and gym. Our little dogs enjoyed walking around the immaculate grounds too, with several potty stations. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

We enjoyed all the amenities of the condo. The condo was very clean. Our host checked on us to make sure we were doing fine. The pickleball courts were great. The pool and hot tubs were nice. They even had people in the clubhouse to play cards, pool and ping pong with.

Great place to stay

This is a very nice condo in a quiet complex with 30 minutes of downtown tucson. The host was always quick to respond and very helpful. If you make it to 4th avenue, try the mexican restaurant on 6th street, next to Lindys for the best barria in town.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood for my vacation home because of its unbeatable access to Sabino Canyon Recreation Area, one of Tucson’s most iconic outdoor destinations. Nestled at the base of the Santa Catalina Mountains, Sabino Canyon offers:

Stunning desert scenery

Year-round flowing water

Miles of hiking trails for all levels

Wildlife viewing opportunities

Easy access with paved paths and narrated tram tours

Beyond the canyon, the neighborhood itself provides a peaceful, gated setting with resort-style amenities including a heated pool, fitness center, and updated accommodations.

The location also offers the best of both worlds:

Nature at your doorstep with Sabino Canyon and Saguaro National Park nearby

Convenience to the city, with downtown Tucson just a short drive away

This unique blend of outdoor adventure, natural beauty, and modern comfort is exactly why I chose this spotβ€”and why I think you’ll love it too.

What makes this property unique

✨ What truly sets this property apart is its rare combination of mountain tranquility, resort-style living, and pet-friendly hospitality. Whether you come for adventure, relaxation, or both, this getaway offers an unforgettable Tucson stay.
