Cocoonr agency offers this 70m² house for rent, which can easily accommodate 6 people. On the ground floor, you'll find a neat double living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (Senseo machine, oven, dishwasher, large fridge, etc.). Upstairs, the sleeping area and shower room await you, with a master bedroom with 160cm bedding and a children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds. You can also enjoy the 150 m² garden.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, fireplace (wood not provided)
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Two bedrooms One with 4 bunk beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200). 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
- A beautiful garden of 150 m² + terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
For even more comfort : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
