Les : belle vue, bonne disposition des pièces, placards, extérieur plutôt calme la nuit. La porte de la salle coupe le bruit du couloir et de l'ascenseur.Les -: infiltration d'eau dans le plafond de la cuisine(seau en dessous obligatoire), aucune isolation thermique ni phonique, wc utilisables seulement porte ouverte(pas assez profond), pas de hotte aspirante au dessus de la plaque de cuisson, bouilloire et micro onde pas utilisables, pour 3 semaines 72.66 de taxe de séjour pour deux, 92 de chauffage. Nécessité de rdv à l'agence à l'arrivée et au départ(impossible de prendre des soins le dernier jour).
