Beautiful 7400 square foot luxury retreat on a sprawling private acre just minutes from Pineview Lake and three ski resorts. The ultimate retreat with an epic outdoor playland just steps from your front door. Enjoy boating, skiing, hiking, or biking. There is so much to do in this beautiful and peaceful mountain community. Enjoy 8 bedrooms all set on an acre of property in the idyllic Ogden Valley. Enjoy stunning mountain and valley views from this spacious home. The large space perfectly accommodates larger groups or private retreats. There is a Huge master suite with a double shower and jetted two-person tub as well as a king bed and large seating area. A large kitchen with a massive island and a Viking Stove which features double ovens plus a separate large fridge and separate freezer, complement the home. Enjoy movie nights on the large 75-inch big-screen TV in the rec room downstairs plus a 50-inch TV in the main. Enjoy the newly upgraded bubbly hot tub on the star-filled back porch. Enjoy the pool table, foosball table, game table, books, Netflix, and more. Big deck with amazing views. Nordic is 5 minutes away, Powder Mountain is 10 minutes, and SnowBasin is 15 minutes. Pineview Lake is only 5 minutes away as well.

I live a short distance from this property and love everything about the Ogden Valley. This is truly an outdoor paradise. I go outside year-round and bike, hike, or ski often in this beautiful valley. I am excited to share this little slice of Eden with the many guests who come to play or relax.

Why they chose this property

This area features gorgeous mountain views and endless outdoor recreation. I love the change of seasons and marvel at the new adventures and vistas right outside my door. Every day is a new adventure whether that be exploring the lake via boat or kayak or just relaxing on the sand. Winter is a wonderland of skiing and beautiful breathtaking scenery.
