Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le logement était parfait pour nous. Spacieux, bien aménagé, propre, très bien équipé, tout est pensé et mis à disposition pour passer un bon séjour. La propriétaire a répondu rapidement nos questionnements et le service de conciergerie est efficace et attentionné.Merci pour tout.

suite à notre récent séjour dans le logement que nous avons loué au Mont-Dore, et souhaitons vous faire part de notre profonde déception quant aux conditions d’accueil.À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que le ménage n’avait manifestement pas été effectué correctement. La propreté générale laissait à désirer, notamment la présence de cheveux dans la douche, ce qui est inacceptable. Par ailleurs, les draps fournis étaient tachés, ce qui soulève de sérieuses questions quant à l’hygiène du logement.Nous avons également été déçus par la qualité du matériel de cuisine mis à disposition, qui s’est révélé vétuste et peu fonctionnel. Certains verres étaient oxydés, les rendant impropres à l’utilisation.Enfin, nous tenons à signaler l’attitude peu professionnelle et peu aimable de la personne en charge de la conciergerie, ce qui a contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus désagréable.

Je prends note de votre appréciation qui est désastreuse à mon égard. vous m'avez appelé pour les draps, ce qui est géré par la conciergerie je pense qu'ils sont intervenus pour résoudre le soucis ce dont je ne suis pas responsable car c'est une option. En ce qui concerne le ménage , je pense que votre avis n'est pas sincère et quand à la vaisselle , il y en a en grande quantité et toute utilisable correctement, quand aux verres vous m'expliquerez comment un verre ( en verre) peut s'oxyder, je doute de la franchise de vos propos. Je voudrais bien arriver chez vous et voir l'état de votre logement qui doit être asptisé ??? Si on veut faire échouer une location on ne peut pas s'y prendre mieux que vous. Sachez que j'ai des résidents qui reviennent depuis plusieurs années , ce qui est pour moi un gage de satisfaction. J'espère que les personnes qui recherchent une location regarderont aussi ma réponse, car les propriétaires doivent être respectés.

Séjour très agréable

Maison confortable et environnement très calme. A proximité des navettes et des commerces. Même si la neige n'était pas de grande qualité, le soleil était au rendez-vous et nous avons profité du jardin très agréable.

Oú es la 4eme chambre?

Logement agréable, très bien équipé mais n est pas adapté pour 9 adultes car la chambre sur le palier ne laisse aucune intimité ce n est pas une chambre mais un palier avec des couchages!!

Super séjour

maison bien équipée

Maison agréable , au calme et à 5 mn à pied du centre du Mont-Dore.On s'y sent bien et le jardin est très sympa ! La conciergerie a été réactive aussi bien à notre arrivée qu'au départ . Seuls bémols : la 4ème chambre n'est en fait pas une chambre (dans le couloir fermé par un rideau) et le clic clac inconfortable et la maison n'était pas propre ... dommage .
