North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station. To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from October through March, allowing for an extended swimming season.

Our group enjoyed our stay. The check in process was simple and easy. All important info was provided ahead of our stay and had suggestions for places to go during our stay. The house was perfect for our group of 4 with plenty of room to hang out together. The pool and hot tub and beach were clean and easy to access.

The condo and location is very nice. You can bike to the pier and local restaurants. The pool was great on the days you didn't want to walk to the beach. The dryer took a couple cycles to dry and the toilets in definitely need new gaskets. We loved the location and plan on visiting St. Simon again and know this condo would be a good fit for my family.

Lots of communication about check in and out. No issues with getting an extra parking pass. Only negative is dishwasher needs a thorough cleaning and surfaces were very spotty - maybe use different products to give a cleaner appearance

The condo was clean and updated! really enjoyed it! The beach, not a favorite. I'm a beachcomber and did not find any treasures, at all in our 5 day stay. Not even any shells... that was disappointing.
