A cozy apartment on the 16th floor of the high rise building with west facing. The building has indoor pool and gym open to our guests. Enjoy the gorgeous rocky mountain view with afternoon sun, and city night view as well.

1st bedroom: one queen size bed
2nd bedroom: one double size bed
3rd bedroom: this is a den that can currently used as 3rd bedroom with a futon that was turned into a double size bed.

Walking distance to Canadian Tire, Co-Op, restaurants and C-Train.
Mins' driving to University of Calgary, downtown, stampede park and Winsport
Less than 1.5 hours drive to Banff.
As our guest you'll have access to the following amenities:
• Kitchen w/ electric stove; complete with all utensils, appliances.
•70 sq balcony facing northwest with mountain view.
•High speed internet and TV.
• Washer & dryer in the common laundry room for the building.
•One outdoor assigned parking plus plenty of on-street parking.
•Professionally cleaned apartment w/ the option for additional services such as groceries, transportation, etc

We're available 10am- 10pm 7 days a week via the Vrbo App, text or phone.
We recommend using the VRBO App as that will ensure the quickest response time. If you need to we are also available via text/ phone.

You must also acknowledge:
Security Deposit: FULLY REFUNDABLE security deposit will be charged prior to check-in.
A piece of government issued ID for each guest and visitor is required to be sent to host.
Early check-in (before 4pm) or late check out (11 am or after) might be subject to additional fee.
Security cameras installed in the building common areas.
Noise detector installed in-suite.
One outdoor parking stall assigned.
