Welcome to Sea La Vie, your next escapade from the bustling world! This dog-friendly home away from is perfect for a family escapade or a friend's getaway–it offers easy access throughout in case you're you need special accommodations. Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by pristine white walls and plenty of light. To your right is a small, but well-equipped media room with comfy furnishings, a flatscreen TV, a plethora of books and a large DVD collection, and board games. Continue the tour and you'll find the main living space featuring an open layout that seamlessly combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The living room features plush furniture near a flatscreen TV. The kitchen offers the chef of the group enough space to move around freely while cooking–it also comes equipped with all the needed appliances such as a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, cooking utensils, electric kettle, coffee maker, and a toaster. There's also enough counter space and a convenient dog bowl for the pups. Share meals in the lovely dining area before getting a good night's rest. Down the hall, you'll come across the half bathroom/laundry room with your own washer/dryer combo, bedroom number one with a small TV, a closet, and a window with views of the surrounding nature, bedroom number two with a closet, the main bedroom with a flatscreen TV, a comfortable chair with a footstool, and a full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Complimentary WiFi completes your home's essential amenities.

You'll enjoy a secluded location surrounded by lush nature, but if you ever feel the need to experience some of the good ol' "town life", don't hesitate to visit downtown Pacific Beach less than one mile away. Stroll through town and pop in the local shops and galleries, and grab lunch or coffee at one of the cute local cafes. Beach enthusiasts will be delighted with the proximity to the beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
