Séjour Concarneau

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cet appartement à Concarneau. Très bel appartement, spacieux, propre, bien situé, le garage au sous-sol est un vrai luxe, le balcon est spacieux pour y déjeuner. Appartement situé à deux pas du centre ville et de ces commerces et de la Place du Marché ainsi que de la Ville Close. Nous avons été très bien reçu par l'agence. Nous pensons que nous y retournerons. Concarneau et ses alentours sont magnifiques à visiter.

… pour mon mari dont sa mère était originaire de Concarneau. Très beau séjour dans un appartement idéalement placé tout en étant au calme (sauf des goélands ;-)) Nous recommandons vivement !

Einfach nur TOP

Die Wohnung ist mitten im Geschehen und doch in der Nacht absolut ruhig. Garagenplatz, abschliessbarer Fahrradraum. Küchenutensilien top und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Matratze hart und für mich gut. Also das ist wirklich ein rundum wohlfühl Paket !

Tolles Apartment in super Lage

Das Apartment ist mit Allem ausgestattet was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Es ist großzügig geschnitten und der Balkon ist sehr schön/groß und lädt zum Ausruhen und/oder Essen ein. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Alles ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Markt und die Ville Close liegen direkt vor der Haustür. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Die ganze Anlage wurde chic und mit schönen Details gestaltet vor allem der Eingangsbereich und der Garten . Ein großes Plus ist außerdem die Tiefgarage mit bewachtem Parkplatz sowie Fahrradraum. Die Kommunikation und der Check-In über die Agentur verlief sehr zuvorkommend, nett und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war bei Bezug nicht hundertprozentig sauber und die Gänge, Treppen und die Eingangshalle waren wirklich sehr ungepflegt obwohl das Gebäude sehr neu ist, das war etwas Schade.
