- Completely renovated to the studs in May of 2021 with a style that pays homage to the surrounding mountains yet is modern and comfortable. Unique design elements and high-end copper, matte black, and gold finishes provide a luxury experience rarely found in the smokes!

- The cabin is on a half-acre double lot with no cabins in view between the back of the house and the mountains! The upper and lower driveways plus a one-car garage accommodate 6-7 vehicles, ensuring ample parking for your entire group.

- Located off The Spur only 7 minutes from Pigeon Forge, 10 minutes from Gatlinburg, and 18 minutes from the park’s Sugarlands Visitor Center. The roads to the cabin are well maintained and easy to navigate.

~THE HOUSE~

Living Areas
The cabin has two distinct living areas. The upstairs living room offers a fireplace, 55” TV, and has access to two decks, which overlook Ober Gatlinburg and the surrounding area. The downstairs living area features a 70” TV with BluRay player, a variety of board/card games and puzzles, arcade machines, and game tables. The basement also has access to the downstairs swinging porch, covered outdoor lounge area, and the hot tub.

TV and Internet
There are TVs in each living area and bedroom. The living areas have cable boxes with a full cable tv package including sports channels, HBO, and Showtime. The bedrooms each feature TVs with Roku devices. Each TV has Netflix and Youtube access. The WiFi is very strong, offering speeds up to 200 MB/S using a mesh wifi system that offers a robust signal throughout the house and outdoor living areas.

Need a quiet corner to work on the computer or take a Zoom meeting? A built-in workstation in the basement features a HDMI monitor, desk chair, and usb chargers.

Kitchen
The kitchen was recently upgraded with navy blue wood cabinetry, leathered granite surfaces, and stainless-steel appliances, including a convection oven! It is fully equipped with a variety of utensils, pots, pans, glasses, and most everything you will need! Small appliances include both a drip and Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and blender.

Bedrooms
All bedrooms feature TVs, plenty of dresser space, alarm clocks with wireless charging, and ample outlets/usb ports in convenient locations along the side of each bed. The upstairs primary bedroom has access to the rear deck, a king bed, and a luxurious private attached bath, featuring a beautiful freestanding copper tub with a view! Just across the hall in the front bedroom, there is a king bed and an entrance to the hall bath, which features a tub/shower combo with blue tile and a copper bowl vessel sink. Downstairs, a separate bedroom features a king bed and an entrance to the mountain industrial style basement bathroom, which is shared with the basement bunk area. The bunk area features three beds (including a trundle that pulls out from underneath) and is semi-open to the downstairs living area.

Additional Details
Additional spaces in the cabin include four decks featuring a gas grill, several swings and rockers, an outdoor dining area, and comfortable chairs overlooking the mountains. The lower deck features a hot tub and lounge area. There is also a separate laundry room with an ironing board in addition to an attached 1-car garage- perfect for those attending the area car shows and Rod Runs!

The cabin is located in the mountain community of Sky Harbor, conveniently located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg within a ten-minute drive of each. There are cabins in the surrounding area, but the property is situated on a half-acre double lot, offering privacy and ample space for your group. Roads leading to the property are paved and well-maintained. The roads are narrow and winding for the last two to three minutes of your trip (if coming from the Spur, which is the recommended route), but the drive is very easy otherwise.

Please note that this property is located in a mountain environment, and 4WD or chains may be required in the winter. Please be prepared and consider purchasing travel insurance if visiting in the winter months as cancellations are not available due to weather.

Some rideshare and delivery services are available, but you will likely need a car for this stay.
