In town living at it's best. Located in the popular Edgewood community, this stunning modern home boasts 3 stories and features a huge rooftop. Conveniently located close to shopping, highways and Atlanta's famous Beltline. This newly built, ultra modern home features open concept living with 10 foot ceilings. This large space features a spacious dining room and a well-appointed kitchen with top of the line appliances. The first floor office is comfortable and just the right space to get some work done. As you move to the 2nd floor, you will find the master bedroom, ensuite, guest bedroom with ensuite and the laundry room. The large master bedroom features a relaxing, spa-themed ensuite, complete with a soaker tub and separate shower. The 3rd floor has it's own bedroom and bathroom for complete privacy. The pièce de résistance is the massive roof top terrace. It has a 6 burner Kitchen Aid gas grill, plenty of seating and an outdoor television to kick back and relax.

Beautiful home and great host

This was a wonderful place for my fiancé and my friends to come in and stay for a concert worked out great and was a short drive to downtown. I would defiantly recommend this property to anyone and the host was very responsive and very helpful and friendly.

James the property owner was over the top. If you’re looking for a great property in Atlanta easy access to everything this is it. You will not be disappointed. James the property owner is very knowledgeable in events and things to do around the neighborhood so just ask. This place has everything you need as if you were at home.

Nicely renovated and good location

This house has A LOT of great amenities, especially in the master suite and bathroom. The rooftop is another great feature for hanging out with friends and getting some sun. Since the house is on a really busy street, it’s not easy to find or turn into and the traffic on that street can be really bad during rush hour — but the location of the house makes it really accessible to other parts of Atlanta. Overall great place to stay with friends or family!

This property was amazing

Let’s see! I can write a book about this house lol. This is one of the best properties I’ve stayed during vacation. It was 7 of us on a girls trip. The house is very spacious and clean with everything you need like you’re at home. The house is exactly what is pictured in the listing. It’s so comfortable and relaxing, the kitchen is huge, Bedrooms are huge, rooftop is lovely and huge, the master bathroom is amazing. The owner James was so nice and communicated great. Mr. James I’ll say, the only thing that is missing is a pool or jacuzzi lol. It’s amazing without it and I will definitely be staying here again we loved it!!! Highly recommend anyone to stay here.
