A Chic Mountain Retreat! 30 Minutes from Appalachian State!

Welcome to Altitude Adjustment! Our beautiful mountain home is located at the top of the mountain in the heart of Fleetwood Falls. We are approx. 30 minutes from Boone and 20 minutes to West Jefferson. The community is located along the New River. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the outdoor decks while looking at views of Grandfather Mountain!
Pets are allowed! There is a 25lb 2 limit max. Pet Fee will apply. **We do not make exceptions on our pet policy!!

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Linens can stay on the beds. No need to strip down! Gather any used towels and place on the bathroom floor.
Please do not leave excessive trash! Place any full bags of trash in the garage. Not outside! Empty out fridge and freezer for any left over food/drinks. Make sure all dishes are clean and put away.
Please set the thermostat to 78 in the Summer and 68 in the Winter. Thank you!

It is the perfect vacation get away to sit back and relax..or you are close enough to town to shop or go out to eat! The living room boasts huge windows with views that don't disappoint. Even if you don't cook you'll want to in this kitchen!
