NEW T3 apartment in house (65m²), renovated at the end of 2022. In the heart of Luchon in a peaceful area close to all amenities (300m from the church) to accommodate 5 people. Very bright living room with its large windows, fully equipped open kitchen.

A 700m² fenced garden is at your disposal with its picnic area and a bicycle room.

Apartment T3 in a freshly renovated house (December 2022), the equipment and bedding are new.

The house is located 500 m from the lifts, 900 m from the thermal baths, 300 m from the centre and enjoys the sun from morning to evening thanks to its central location in the valley and its southern exposure. No shade of the building, residential area exclusively.

Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, traditional oven, coffee maker, kettle, raclette set, stick vacuum cleaner...) with plenty of storage space and large worktop.

Spacious living room Smart TV with free high-speed WIFI thanks to fibre.
A bathroom with its large shower (100x80), separate toilet. Locked ski room.

Free parking space nearby.

- master bedroom with a 160x200 bed and chest of drawers
- children's bedroom with 2 beds of 140x190 + 90x190 and its wardrobe
